"Alright everyone! Remember that since you're first years, you'll have a class trip in two days time! Also, due to a... Budget overflow, you'll be going with some people from Tsubasa High too," the teacher said. Akinobu sat in his new school uniform - the guys had a marine blue uniform while the girls had a white shirt with a black skirt - and looked at the teacher as he was telling everyone to behave properly on the class trip among other things. "This is going to murder me - literally," he thought and shook his head. On the opposite end of the room, Sachiyo sat - most likely with his usual grin - and spoke to the girl next to him. "...Hitting on a girl so soon?" Akinobu muttered and took a note of the date for the class trip. "...I am so not looking forward to this complete and utter bullshit," he muttered as he packed up his things and headed to a vending machine and bought himself a can of juice. "...So far, I've spoken to four people other than Sachiyo," Akinobu muttered and looked at his best friend chatting away with a few girls. (...) "Yoko is going to murder him. And then she's going to murder me for letting him speak to those girls. And then Mitsune will murder her for murdering me..." Akinobu thought and opened the can and drank a little. "The ones I've met thus far..." he closed his eyes and muttered to himself. "Kujikawa Yui, class rep. She seems rather... Stiff," he mumbled and looked at a girl walking past him. "Afternoon, class rep. Looking forward to the trip?" Akinobu asked. "Hm? Oh, Furukawa-san. Yes, indeed am I looking forward to it," she smiled at him. "...Annoying..." he mumbled to himself. "Then I've met... Kotegawa Saito, was it? Dude seems... Amusing enough I guess," he muttered as two people came towards him. "Afternoon, Kotegawa-kun and... You are... Ichijou Kosaki, right?" he said and looked at them. The girl nodded friendly. "Good to see you're fine as well, Furukawa-san," Saito said with a calm smile. "Yeah, whatever..." he yawned and walked off. A short bit later, he ran into the fourth person he had spoken to; a guy called Miyamoto Raku. "Been a while, Miyamoto-kun," he said with a calm expression. "Yes, it has," he replied without looking at Akinobu. "...Hm? Oh, there's the smiling bastard. He's late," Akinobu mumbled as Sachiyo finally seemed to have broken free from the girls he was talking to. (...) "Yoko's going to murder you if you keep this up, then she'll murder ME for not stopping YOU and then Mitsune will murder HER for murdering ME. Did I ever mention how much I love our friendship?" Akinobu laughed and patted his best friend's back. "Now come on. It's lunch and I'm hungry. By the way, what's your take on the class trip? Personally, I don't care much. I am curious, I'll admit, how much that 'budget overflow' was if they're adding people from Tsubasa High to the mix..." he mumbled as they entered the cafeteria. Calling it 'giant' would be an understatement - you could fit half Tsubasa High in there and STILL have enough room for everyone at the university (staff included) to sit and eat without filling up the place. "...Well then," Akinobu raised his eyebrow. "Let's grab a seat, shall we?" he said and looked at Sachiyo, who nodded. (...) Once seated, Akinobu overheard some nearby classmates. "I'm tellin' you man, there's going to be an onsen!* I hope we'll be able to peek on some girls!" one of them laughed. "Yeah, but what the hell gives with Tsubasa High students tagging along? It's so stupid! Bet they don't have a single decent looking girl there!" the other one replied. "Hold my seat," Akinobu said without looking at Sachiyo. Instead, he just picked up his cup filled to the brim with hot coffee and walked over to them. "I'd advice you against speaking ill of the girls of Tsubasa High," he said bored. "Huh? You think we're scared of you, tough guy!?" one of them said. They both stood up and looked at Akinobu, despite being 4 inches (10 cm) shorter than him. "Yes, yes... Whatever," he said bored and drank some of his coffee. "I bet this dude can't get laid and is hoping for some easy piece of---" the second one began but Akinobu poured the rest of the scalding hot coffee on the first one while grabbing the second persons neck and held him about an inch above ground. "If either of you guys speak ill of Tsubasa High or anyone attending that school, I'll make sure you'll both regret ever showing your faces before me. Is that clear?" he said irritated before dropping him back into his seat again. The one who got coffee all over him had run off already to pour it off and his friend decided to follow suite. Bored, Akinobu walked back to his seat and picked his up melon pan* and began eating it. The cafeteria had turned completely silent during his... Display but went back to normal once they saw him eating again. "...So yeah. Where were we? Oh right. The class trip. Think Yoko shows up?" he asked.
(OoC: Onsen = hot spring/open air bath. Melon pan = melon bread. Also, all characters mentioned are NPCs. If someone wants to add characters with those names - feel free to! All that happens is that the ones Akinobu has spoken to and the actual playable characters will be different people. All characters are references to various animé; Yui is a reference to Kotegawa Yui, a character in the To Love-Ru series. Saito is a reference to Hiraga Saito the Zero no Tsukaima series. The last two are references to Nisekoi - Onodera Kosaki and Ichijou Raku, respectively.)

(OoC: Will admit I went a little crazy with the girl’s conversations in this post. But I was having so much fun writing down their chemistry that I couldn’t help myself! ENJOY! ) Sachiyo felt weird being back in a Japanese class and in a school uniform. He had gotten so used to having to speak broken English aboard for the past year that even his own language seemed alien to him. Sitting next to the window, Sachiyo scribbled in his note book numerous doodles of the sights he had seen when away. Chuckling, he was just finishing the final touches of a Godzilla destroying Big Ben with a big angry Akinobu head when he felt a tapping on his shoulder. Turning around he was met by the sight of an odd looking girl with big hassle nut eyes and messy dark green hair that covered her ears. “Excuse me? Do you have a sharpener I can borrow?” she asked with a cheery voice. Not expecting to be talked to he merely blinked before responding. “err… Sure thing.” He grinned before turning around. Rooting through his Union Jack pencil case he pulled out one in the shape of little cute penguin he has had since he was four. “Here you go…” he said accidently in English as he passed it to the confused girl. Taking aback, she merely raised an eye brow “Come again?” Realising that he had just responded in another language due to her question being the one he was ALWAYS asked aboard he quickly shook his head. “Ah, sorry, I’ve been away for a while, just got used to talking in English when I was in Europe…” he chuckled to which the girls eyes widened. “Woah! Europe! Are you serious!?” she said excitedly, trying to keep her voice down. “Totally, have the English flag to prove it and everything…” he joked as he grabbed his pencil case, stuck a pen through the zip and started to wave it around like a flag. Giggling, the girl look at it with large eyes. “Coool…” she exhaled, but before she could continue a loud bang came from across the room where the teacher had dropped three books on top of one another to get their attentions. “I’m glad to see you’re excited about the trip! But no talking during class do you hear!?” the teacher huffed in annoyance. Sachiyo was about to apologise when another voice cut him off. “Actually, we ended five minutes ago. The bells are just slow today…” said a girl two rows away from him with a shallow voice. She had a long black bony tail that she tied in a bunch with a skull on it. Yet it was her face that caught Sachiyo’s attention. It was completely covered in white make up, and as a result her bright red lipstick and black eyeliner around her red eyes seemed to make her board expression appear unnatural. She reminded Sachiyo of the girls he saw in France once known as Goths. “Don’t be absurd! I know perfectly well what time it is! And it is…” the teacher responded proudly before turning around and realising she was right. “Ah, well, never mind…” the teacher mumbled as if defeated before shooting Sachiyo and the girl he was sat with another glance. “Just don’t talk when I am! Ok?”Nodding their heads, the teacher made a dash for the door, muttering something about needing a cigarette. Sighing, Sachiyo got up just as the bell began to ring and started to pack up his things when he overheard giggling behind him. Turning around he noticed the girl who was sitting behind him now standing up and wiping tears away from her eyes. “That was hilarious!” she snickered, trying to hold in her laughter. “Their face… priceless!”Confused, Sachiyo merely stared at the girl who was half a foot shorter than him before laughing as well. “That was stupid!” a voice then suddenly called out over them that at first confused Sachiyo. After all, it sounded just like the girl in front of him! Only with more conviction. “Sorry, what did you…?” he asked looking at the girl who was now puffing her checks annoyed. “You shouldn’t get in trouble like that Meiko!” the voice said again, only it was resonating from behind the green haired girl now identified as Meiko. From behind Meiko stepped forth an exact copy of her! Only she had straight dark blue hair and a look of dissatisfaction on her face. “Unbelievable Meiko! Can you not last a single day without talking in class?!”“Well excuse me for having some fun…“ “Fun! Your…!” the blue hair girl was about to continue when she locked eyes with Sachiyo who could tell he was in trouble. “Err, sorry about…” he started to apologise when the girl merely shock her head, waving a hand to indicate not to bother, Meiko in the meantime proceeded to copy the following with a puppet like hand as if she knew exactly what was coming (which she did). “Ah don’t be! You’re just the poor sucker who my sister decided to get into trouble this week. She’s always doing that…” Sighing, the girl then rubbed her head “And I am standing next to a window you idiot! Of course I can see that!” she turned around and yelled at her sister to which she took a startled step back. Sachiyo was always one to make new friends, but even he had to admit that these two seemed a little… eccentric. He was about to turn and leave when he noticed the goth girl who was the same height as him was now blocking his path. “Setsuko Fuji…” she muttered with a blank expression, looking him dead in the eyes. Taking aback, Sachiyo was about to question what she said when the cheerier voice of Meiko called out over her sisters arguing. “Ohh! That’s a great idea Set! Let’s introduce ourselves to the foreigner!”“You know that’s not exactly PC right?” her sister muttered. “And I’m not even foreign! I’ve just been away!” Sachiyo tried to explain to Meiko who merely shrugged her shoulders before introducing everyone with animated spins. “As you may have guessed my name is Meiko! Meiko Miho! That’s my sister Saya Miho…!”“I can introduce myself you know…!” “Don’t care! Setsuko has just introduced herself! And you are?” Meiko asked excitedly pointing a finger towards Sachiyo’s face. “Ah! Sachiyo Ritsu!” he yelled startled to which Meiko giggled, Setsuko nodded and Saya sighed, pushing her sister’s hand out of Sachiyo’s face. “Will you stop that Meiko! You’ll make him think were weird!” “Weird? Why would I ever think that?” Sachiyo mumbled unable to stop himself to which Setsuko raised an eyebrow. “I mean… thanks for back there Setsuko! You were a life saver!” Sachiyo smiled cheerfully, making sure not to get on this scary looking girls bad side. Setsuko merely shrugged her shoulders. “Meh, you were just lucky that I was board today and decided to change the clocks…” she said with her usual blank expression. “Wait? You mean you just pranked the teacher now?” Sachiyo asked surprised, not expecting such an action from her. Hearing this Setsuko absorbed the question before replying “I guess I did…” “Ha! Nice one Set! Hi five!” Meiko cried out raising a hand. For a couple of seconds Setsuko merely examined the hand. Sachiyo thought she would leave her hanging when at last she gave her the most relaxed and non-energetic high five he had ever seen, though this didn’t stop Meiko from going nuts with happiness. “She’s an odd one my sister… but she’s nice enough once you get to know her…” Saya’s voice sighed next to Sachiyo who turned around and noticed she was smiling. Looking back at these three he could see an odd connection between them, one that made them special. Smiling back, he shook his head. “There’s no need to apologise Saya. After all, there’s no definition of the word ‘normal’, so why be something that doesn’t exist, right?” he chuckled lightly, his big dumb grin now on his face. Hearing this Saya closed her eyes and stroked her hair in thought. “You don’t say?” she muttered still deep in thought. She then smiled and looked up at Meiko who was dancing around a board Setsuko. Saya then leaned in and whispered to Sachiyo “Anyway, it was nice meeting you Mr Ritsu. But, if you go now you may have the chance of escaping my sister’s clutches. She’s always wanted to leave the country so you having just visited Europe by the looks of things may get her attention. Just a warning…”Nodding with a smile Sachiyo whispered back “And yourself?” “Meh, I’m not planning to leave Japan anytime soon, besides, who else is going to look out for UFO landings and put them in the school paper?” Saya responded with bride. Sachiyo was in mid nod when he heard this last bit. Confused he turned to face Saya who looked completely serious. After all, he swore he had her down until that last sentence. Chuckling, he waved goodbye to Saya before sneaking past the other girls and finally catching up to Aki. “Sorry about that dude! I got a little… tied up…” Sachiyo chuckled. "Yoko's going to murder you if you keep this up, then she'll murder ME for not stopping YOU and then Mitsune will murder HER for murdering ME. Did I ever mention how much I love our friendship?" Akinobu laughed and patted Sachiyo’s back to which he sighed. “Well if we are such good friends then you will stop either Yoko or Mitsune from murdering anyone! I can’t afford to get blood out of my clothes like you…” Sachiyo laughed, punching Aki lightly in the ribs. “Besides, I was merely making friends! I can’t help it if the girls love this dashing, MANLY grin.” Sachiyo said deeply, flexing his arms and grinning away before shaking his head. “But in all seriousness! For the last time will you drop this supposed thing me and Yoko are supposedly meant to have! I know what your book says! But, if I’m to get with anyone I want it to be my decision! Not some old book!” Sachiyo tried to explain rather frantically whilst also trying to keep it to a whisper as the two of them entered the crowded cafeteria. (…) After witnessing Aki’s little fight Sachiyo couldn’t help but have his mouth wide open. When Aki finally sat down Sachiyo merely looked at him and said “I’m not going to say those dick heads didn’t have it coming… but perhaps next time you could deal with them with a little more… tact?” Sachiyo suggested as delicately as he could, trying to ignore some of the awkward stares he was getting. Aki meanwhile seemed oblivious to what he said and asked instead "...So yeah. Where were we? Oh right. The class trip. Think Yoko shows up?". Not wanting to give Aki the satisfaction, Sachiyo merely took in a deep breath, followed by a giant size bite of his pork bun, then spoke after swallowing the sweet flavoured meat. “If you have to pay for it then I don’t imagine so. You know what her expenses are like, and she’s sure as hell not going to except charity from us again after we only just convinced her to take those clothes last year…” Sachiyo said sadly, putting the bun down that was half way to his mouth. “Which is a shame as I would love to see her go, AS A FRIEND!” he quickly pointed out by giving Aki a dark glance. “Besides, care to explain what this trip is about? Something to do with open air bathhouses or something?” Sachiyo asked somewhat too eagerly than he meant to “Just I was… a little preoccupied back in the class room…” Sachiyo shrugged trying to laugh it off, slightly embarrassed by his own scene he caused in the classroom.

(OoC: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MAN, CHECK YOUR GOD DAMN TYPOS. HALF THE TEXT CHANGED MEANING.)
"Manly grin? You? Please! You have the cheesiest grin on this side the Nile!" he laughed. "But in all seriousness! For the last time, will you drop this supposed thing me and Yoko are supposedly meant to have! I know it's what your book says! But, if I'm going to get with anyone I want it to be my decision! Not some old book!" he tried to explain rather frantically. "Old book? Good sir, you insult the Furukawa's," Akinobu laughed. "I just think you two are a cute couple, that's all," he explained - and actually sounded honest about it. "Well, come what may," he shrugged. ---
"If you have to pay for it, then I don't imagine so. You know what her expenses are like, and she's sure as hell not going to expect charity from us again after we only just convinced her to take the clothes last year," Sachiyo said and put down his bun. "Clothes...? Oh right. She was wearing some when we went to grab you. ...What's with your face saying 'I didn't notice that either'? Dude, seriously?!" Akinobu's jaw dropped. Shaking his head, he listened as Sachiyo quickly said "Which is a shame as I would love to see her go, AS A FRIEND," he quickly pointed out, which had Akinobu raise his eyebrow. "Hey, I wasn't gonna say anything. Honestly, I wasn't," he said bored and took another bite. "Besides, care to explain what this trip is about? Something to do with open air bathhouses or something?" Sachiyo asked, then quickly added "Just I was... A little preoccupied back in the classroom," he (attempted) shrugging - and laughing - it off. "Honestly, I know little more than you do. I just know that there's going to be an onsen - supposedly - and it's going to take place in... Ah, right, Nagoya..." Akinobu stopped in the middle of a motion. "...Oh no... It can't be... Right?" his face instantly looked a LOT more pale. "'Scuse me! Teach!" he said to a nearby teacher. "Yes? Is something wrong?" the teacher said. "Class 4-B is going to Nagoya for the class trip, right? Er... Where, exactly, are we going?" he asked. "Hm... Ah, that's right. You're going to... Oh, what was it called again...? The hotel was next to... Mansion something...?" he said and looked like he tried remembering. Akinobu looked at Sachiyo, then said "Headdesk!" and proceeded to plant his face in the table before looking up again. "We're visiting the hotel next to Furukawa Mansion. Which, I might add, is where my cousin - Mika - lives. She's the true Furukawa Master - she's the direct descendant of Yamato," Akinobu said and grabbed his face with both hands, sweat visibly forming in his face. Just as he said that, his phone called. "¥500* says that it's Mika," he said and took out his cellphone. "You owe me ¥500," he said and answered the call. "Furukawa Akinobu speaking," he said and then held the phone at an arms length distance. "Good day Akinobu-kun! I heard you're sleeping in the hotel next to my house! That's great! That means I get to spend some time in the hot springs with you! I haven't done that in forever! Ah, gotta go! Haruna wants something! See ya in two days time!" she said before hanging up. "The voice you just heard belongs to Furukawa Mika, my cousin," he said and put back his cellphone in his pocket. "...Lemme guess. Half the cafeteria is looking at me," Akinobu said and picked up his bread and began eating again. (...) "...Hm? Yeah, I've taken baths with her. Like fourteen years ago, though," he shrugged and finished his bread. "...We'd best get to packing, wouldn't you agree... Huh?" as he stood back up, everything around him started spinning. "What's... Going on...?" he mumbled before falling down on the floor. The last thing he heard was the sound of Sachiyo's voice. It sounded like 'stay awake' but he couldn't make it out properly. (...) "...My head... Huh? Sachiyo? What's going... Where am I?" Akinobu said and sat up. He was in a warm bed and realized he was at the school infirmary. "...Hm?" he noticed a woman sitting and writing something. "...You the school nurse?" he asked. She looked surprised at him and nodded. "Oh good, you're awake! I thought you'd never wake up! You've been out cold for the last six hours! This young man," she gestured towards Sachiyo, suddenly came in and said 'I need help!'. You seem to have fainted from blood loss," she explained. "Blood loss?! Woman, are you insane?! I lose more blood on a daily basis than most people do all their lives! There's NO WAY I've fainted from blood loss!" he said and sat up, but felt dizzy and fell right back down again. "Oh come on, body! We've only a liter or two in the last ten hours!" he muttered irritated as footsteps came running. Before anyone had the chance to react, Mitsune was hanging around Akinobu's neck, Chihiro held a sword against Sachiyo's throat and Rise panted heavily. "Chi-chan, down. The rest of you... What's going on?" he said and looked at Mitsune. "We heard you're going on a class trip! Our class is invited, too! Oh yeah, Yoko said she'd probably tag along... Assuming it doesn't cost money," Mitsune pouted lightly. "If it costs money, it's fine. We can pay for her. Right, Sachiyo?" Akinobu turned to him. (...) "Well then... Now, if you excuse me..." Akinobu got out of bed and put on his school shirt again. "Can't let you do that. You're going to have to rest---" the nurse began but all of them had already left the infirmary. "Blood loss? Bullshit, rather," Akinobu thought and gritted his teeth. There was something strange going on - that much was sure...
*TWO DAYS LATER - DAY OF FIELD TRIP*
"...Like I said, Sachiyo! The Furukawa's payed for Yoko's expenses! There's no way in Hell she's missing out on this! If you're so hellbent on paying me back, then just... Damn it, I don't know, make up with her maybe?! Seriously!" Akinobu shook his head annoyed as they were boarding the bus. The ones from Tsubasa High - about twenty students total - were going to take another bus. Akinobu headed in near the back of the bus and sat down and looked out through the window as Sachiyo sat down next to him. "It takes about an hour to Nagoya by bus. By the way... Why are there... Two... No, three girls sitting in the seats next to us and behind us and all of them are staring at you?" Akinobu said and raised his eyebrow. He didn't recognize the three girls but it was obvious that they recognized Sachiyo at least. "...This is going to be one long trip..." Akinobu mumbled in English, only loud enough for Sachiyo to hear.
(OoC: ¥500 = ~$5 Haruna is Mika's personal maid but acts more like a big sister towards her. Haruna is 2 years older than Akinobu. Mika, in turn, is a year younger than Akinobu Olive means that Akinobu speaks English).

( OoC: You have got to be kidding me! I’m really sorry about that dude. I thought I did that, but when I looked back I didn’t notice anything. Guess I must have been more tired than I thought. Again sorry man, I’ll fix the post later for future reads. ) "...Lemme guess. Half the cafeteria is looking at me," Akinobu said and picked up his bread and began eating again. “Oh no, I’m sure SOMEONE didn’t see, oh wait no, I stand corrected!” Sachiyo sighed sarcastically as the students on the end of their table picked up their plates and left in a hurry. “And wait… you had a bath with her!?” Sachiyo said in shock, just realising what Aki just said and feeling admittedly jealous from his past experience. "...Hm? Yeah, I've taken baths with her. Like fourteen years ago, though," he shrugged and finished his bread. (…) "If it costs money, it's fine. We can pay for her. Right, Sachiyo?" Akinobu turned to Sachiyo who merely looked at him in shook. Unable to register what the hell was going on. “If you can convince her sure! But what the hell man!? You had me worried sick there! That’s the second, I repeat, THE SECOND time I’ve brought you here! I mean… god dammit! Don’t scare me like that! Otherwise I’ll… I’ll kill you myself!” Sachiyo said in a mix of anger, sadness and relief. Punching Aki hard in the arm before turning away from him. *TWO DAYS LATER - DAY OF FIELD TRIP*"It takes about an hour to Nagoya by bus. By the way... Why are there... Two... No, three girls sitting in the seats next to us and behind us and all of them are staring at you?" Akinobu said as he raised an eyebrow, but before Sachiyo could ask what he meant he heard a familiar voice from behind Aki’s seat. “Hey Sachiyo!” a cheery voice called out through the gap in-between their seats. Sachiyo had been so preoccupied making sure he had everything in his bag that he hadn’t realised who else was on the coach. Yoko had to go on the other coach (someone who he was surprised they managed to convince), but it appears the whole of class 4-B where on-board. Including the twins Meiko and Saya sat behind them, and the usual blank expression of Setsuko on the seat opposite Sachiyo. All of them wore their school uniforms, only the twins wore matching cream coloured hoodies and Setsuko a black and white trench coat. “Oh hey Meiko! Saya, Setsuko. You looking forward to the trip?” Sachiyo asked with his usual grin, being more than happy to make conversation on such a long coach trip. “I’m super excited Sachiyo! I’m finally getting out of boring Nikawa and exploring the world!” Meiko said full of energy “Even miss kill joy here is excited, aren’t you Saya?” Meiko giggled before punching her sister in the arm. “Ah! Quit that! You’re only traveling an hour away you know, I wouldn’t exactly call that ‘exploring the world’” Saya pointed out whilst rubbing her bruised arm. “And of course I’m looking forward to it! The night sky should be easier to see in Nagoya, which means I should be able to get some good pics for the school paper.” She said smiling as she took out this month’s copy and passed it to Sachiyo. Looking at both the cover and contents it appeared to look like any other school paper. “Go to the back.” Saya said excitedly to which Sachiyo flick through and found a big two page spread with a starry sky background. The words “The Saya report: Are we alone?” in big green letters on the top of the page alongside a cartoony flying saucer. “Look at that! Isn’t it great! Leaving the best for last indeed!” Saya nodded fondly. “I see…” Sachiyo said skimming through the paragraphs, guessing that the school paper merely included it so as to release the necessary page count. “Can’t say I’ve ever read it, sorry.” Sachiyo apologised. “Don’t worry, no one has…” Setsuko said with no emotion as usual, causing Saya to gasp. “Y-you take that back!” she cried out rather hurt. “I merely call it as I see it…” Setsuko continued, pulling out a purple handheld gaming device and starting it up before passing it to Sachiyo. “Fancy a game?” she murmured. Sachiyo could see the title ‘Bloody Carnage: The Bloodering!’ come up on the blood red screen. “A-ah, I’m good for now, m-maybe later…?” Sachiyo said looking back towards Saya, obviously a game he shouldn’t try and play on this journal, unless he was desperate to faint! Recognising that Saya looked rather hurt by Setsuko’s remake he tried to cheer her up with a smile. “Hey Saya! I’m sure it’s a very good article. In fact, me and Aki will make sure to give it a read! WON’T WE?” Sachiyo said pushing the paper into Aki’s hands, nodding in his general direction as a signal to play along. (…) Sachiyo then noticed that Meiko’s head was hovering over Aki’s, trying to get a better look at him. “Hey… aren’t you the guy that started that fight in the canteen a few days ago?” she asked curiously, her face practically centimeters from his. (…) “Ah man! I wish I was there to see it! Just it sounded SOOO cool what you did! I heard you melted a guy’s face off with just a single cup of coffee! OH! And broke the other guy’s arm!” Meiko continued, sounding almost too excited by the descriptions she just gave. As Meiko had Aki cornered she started to barrage him with questions on his fight moves and favourite action movies. Sachiyo then felt a tapping on his shoulder. “Hey… thanks Sachiyo.” Saya said with a weak smile before placing something in his hand. Curious, he opened it and saw that it was a cute little penguin pencil sharpener that looked like his, only with a little red bowtie around its neck. In fact, on closer inspection… it was his! Confused, Sachiyo raised an eyebrow. “Why do you…?” he started to ask when Saya shook her head. “I’m sorry, my sister’s a kleptomaniac, she can’t help but take things. Especially if they are cute…” she replies somewhat embarrassed. “Remember, you didn’t ask for it back when you let her borrow it…” she continued, looking at the floor from feeling guilty as if she was the culprit. Turning the sharpener in his hand, Sachiyo examined the well tied bow and realised that it was handmade, thus it would be a crime to remove it. “Well, I guess since she returned it there’s no harm done. Plus the bowtie kicks ass so I’d say that more than makes up for it. So forget about it, ok?” Sachiyo assured her with his signature grin. “Thanks again.” She smiles “Oh! You may want to warn your friend later; just she likes hats as well…” Saya says with a groan as her sister eyed Aki’s cap. (…) The journey hadn’t been nearly as bad as Sachiyo imagined it would be. Despite Meiko barraging Aki with questions throughout, Sachiyo still managed to make good conversation with all of them. He also made sure to correctly introduce Aki as his best friend and not just the big scary guy in the classroom. Saya politely says hello, but it’s obvious that she needs to see it for herself after hearing of the fight from her sister. Setsuko on the other hand merely nodded and introduced herself before going back to her game. Sachiyo swore he saw some actual emotion on her face, a fraction of a smile whenever she was winning at her game, though she quickly got rid of it every time. Sachiyo decided to double check his bag just as everyone was getting off, making sure he had everything. It was at this point that he realised something, something so obvious and related to this trip that it made him feel like an idiot for not thinking about it until now! Letting everyone else off first he then turned to Aki. “Dude! I just realised something!” he said in a hushed panic. “I can’t go in the bathhouse! I flinch just being in the shower for a minute! If I go in one of those baths I’m sure to panic and start crying! I’ll be laughed at until the end of graduation! And not in a good way I may add…” Sachiyo said banging his head on the seat in front of him. “Damn it! I hope there’s something I can do on this trip!” he sighed, completely dumbfounded by his own stupidity.

(OoC: ...Coach? REALLY, DUDE? REALLY? They enter BUSES. Not COACHES... HOW DO YOU EVEN PULL THAT OFF?!)
Akinobu took a quick glance at the school paper. "UFOs huh... Interesting..." he mumbled. "Hey... Aren't you the guy who started that fight in the canteen a few days ago?" one of the girls asked. Akinobu sighed lightly. "...I didn't start a damn fight. I made two idiots shut the hell up," Akinobu said bored and took off his cap and scratched the back of his head before putting it back on. "They insulted the girls of Tsubasa High - where my wife goes - so I decided to... Deal with it. Personally," he said with a bored expression. He looked on the verge of falling asleep at any time. "Ah man! I wish I was there to see it! Just it sounded SOOO cool what you did! I heard you melted a guy's face off with just a single cup of coffee! OH! And broke the other guy's arm!" she continued, sounding horribly excited. "...Did I now...? Sachiyo, remind me to break all the bones in your body if you don't get that corrected," Akinobu mumbled to himself. "Anyway, I didn't 'melt his face off' - I just poured a cup of coffee over him. As for the other guy... How I 'broke his arm' is beyond me, as I grabbed his neck," Akinobu yawned and took out his cellphone. He got a short message from Mitsune, explaining that they were in the bus behind them. He took a quick look out the window and noticed a bus in the corner of his eye. He nodded slowly and sent 'got it' as a reply.
Akinobu yawned loudly and looked on the verge of falling asleep as one of the girls - Saya, was it? - let out a groan and muttered something about... Meiko, was it? was going to steal his cap. "You touch the cap, you die a slow, painful death," Akinobu said with a cold glare. "While it might look like any old cap, it's a precious gift I got from my big sister a few years ago," he said and took it off and looked at it. He slowly moved his hand on the front of the cap, which read "Faith" in Kanji. "...Akane-nee..." he muttered to himself. "Huh? Who's Akane?" Meiko asked and jumped down into Sachiyo's lap and leaned towards him. "My big sister. She turned blind in a car accident a few years ago," he said bitterly. Meiko instantly turned pale and said "Oh um... Sorry," and looked ashamed. "...Don't apologize, it's not your fault," he said and looked at Setsuko. "What?" she said while looking at him in the corner of his eye. "Anyone ever tell you that you look like a geisha?*" Akinobu asked with a straight face. (...) "Hey, just saying," he shrugged. Meiko had gone back to her seat but also gone back to bombarding Akinobu with a variety of questions - the most basic being 'how do you know Sachiyo'. "The smiling bastard was taking a jog at Tsubasa High. I was bored and noticed him running around the tracks so I went over and talked to him for a short while," he shrugged. It was the truth... Mainly. He - on purpose - avoided the subject of Arcana Cards and Persona. "By the way... Aren't you gonna introduce us all?" Meiko said and looked at Sachiyo with a large smile. "Oh yeah, sorry! This here's Furukawa Akinobu! He's our classmate and - despite him looking scary as hell - he's NOT a bad guy... Mostly! It should be mentioned, he's my best friend!" he smiled. Akinobu smirked lightly at this comment without saying anything. As the girls introduced themselves, Akinobu took out his cellphone again. "...I'm almost there, Mika-sama," Akinobu said and looked at the time. (...) "Dude! I just realized something!" he said in a hushed panic. Akinobu raised his eyebrow with a bored expression as Sachiyo explained how he couldn't go into the bathhouse due to his fear of water. He shook his head lightly and went past him as Sachiyo wondered if there was something else he could do on the trip. "Bathing time is obligatory. You don't have a damn choice," Akinobu said and headed off the bus and spotted Mitsune, Chihiro, Rise and Yoko exiting their bus and walked over to them. "...Come on, let's go on inside," he said with a bored face. Mitsune nodded and grabbed his arm, Chihiro grabbed his other arm, Rise headed on in advance and Yoko was left with Sachiyo. "I'm leaving you guys behind if you don't show up within two minutes at the room," Akinobu said without turning around. (...) Once inside the hotel, the next problem arose: the rooms. "Okay... So, here's the problem," the teacher said. "Lemme guess. We're short on rooms," Akinobu said with a bored expression. "...Yes. We're short on two rooms. So uh..." he said and looked around confused. "Chi-chan, Mitsu-chan, Rise and Yoko can sleep in the same room as Sachiyo and I. Most rooms can be separated into two using a sliding door. We're only supposed to be four people in one room, but this way, there's two rooms with four people in one room and two people in the other room. Problem solved," he said bored and went up to the receptionist to get the room key. "I mean... Yes, but that is..." he began but Akinobu glared irritated at him over his shoulder. "Well what?" he asked, but the teacher hurried off, muttering something about needing a cigarette. (...) Once at their room, Akinobu dropped his bags and walked over to the door, put a hand on it, waved with his hand so that Sachiyo would move aside, then opened it. A few moments later, a black haired girl with green eyes dressed like a maiko* with a white top and red bottom dress came rushing through the room. "Afternoon, Mika-sama," Akinobu said and walked over to the wall she had run into. "Akinobu-kun good day!" she smiled and jumped towards him with a large grin. He took another step aside which caused her to land on the floor. "Aw, you're so mean!" she pouted. Akinobu looked bored at her. "Mika-sama, with all due respect, I'm here for a class trip, NOT to hang out with you. Besides, Kyosuke-kun would be sad if you didn't see him, would he not?" he said with the same bored expression. "Ah, you're right! Hang on Kyosuke-sama! I'm coming! I haven't forgotten you!" she said and dashed out of the room. The girls - and Sachiyo - all stared dumbfounded at the display. "That was Furukawa Mika, my cousin. Younger than me by a year. The true Furukawa Master. Kyosuke is her boyfriend. I'd advice you all to refer to her as '-chan'. I refer to as '-sama' out of respect," he explained with a bored expression. "...I'm heading to Mika-sama's house. You guys do as you please. Just... Don't follow me," he said and pointed to a large building next to the hotel. It was easily twice the size of the Furukawa Dojo back in Nikawa. "And yes. It's a giant house. You're not imagining things," he said bored and walked out of the room.
(*: Maiko = Priestess. Geisha is - simply put - a form of entertainer/dancer. They're normally wearing white make up with bright red lipstick. Also, sorry that I used Sachiyo at one point, but I figured it was the easiest way to continue the post!)

(OoC: Don’t worry; I know you won’t misuse my character. Also, where I come from busses and coaches are exactly the same. However, I’ll note that for future posts with you as I now understand they are known differently depending on where you are.)
Hearing Aki tell him that the baths where obligatory Sachiyo sighed. How could things get worse!? As he stepped off the bus he noticed in the distance Aki already surrounded by his girlfriends and the other girls he had been talking to heading towards the hotel in a hurry. However, as Sachiyo readjusted his bag he saw his childhood friend Yoko, wearing her second hand school uniform and staring back at him, before quickly looking away. Clearly she hadn’t forgiven him for not recognising her the past few days ago. "I'm leaving you guys behind if you don't show up within two minutes at the room," Akinobu said without turning around, leaving the two alone. Sachiyo couldn’t stand to look at Yoko’s hurt expression; he needed to say something. Anything to stop her looking at the ground and not at him. “H-hi Yoko.” He said sheepishly before looking around. “Looks like a nice enough place hey?” “I guess…” she responded, still not looking at him. Sighing, Sachiyo rubbed his hand through his hair. “Look Yoko, I’m…” he started to say, but before he could finish she was already walking away. “Just save it ok Sachiyo…” she sighed “If you said sorry right after you didn’t recognise me then maybe I would have forgiving you. But you didn’t!” She finished with a yell, causing a couple of heads to turn. “Yoko, I…” Sachiyo tried to say, but she merely shook her head. “I hadn’t heard from you for nearly six months, and then you turn up out of the blue and don’t even recognise me!? I mean… what the hell Sachiyo?” she yelled, her voice sounded bitter and each word she said felt as if she was jamming rusted nails into Sachiyo’s finger nails. She then turned away and stormed towards the hotel. “I’m sorry Yoko! I’m sorry!” he called out as he chased after her. Yoko picked up her pace and soon stood next to Mitsune who looked at Yoko’s distressed face before glaring at Sachiyo, he stopped in his tracks. He figured it would be best to try and talk to Yoko later when she didn’t have someone willing to kill him so close.
Later…
Standing in the room with the other girls, Sachiyo couldn’t help but feel a little awkward. Yes he felt glad to be staying in a room with friends, but the fact that the majority of them where girls made him feel uneasy. He knew that they would be split apart, but still, knowing that they were sleeping in the same room… he didn’t know if he should joke about it or what. For once Sachiyo was at a loss for words. With Akinobu gone and only the girls for company, Sachiyo tried to make conversation. “So, err… which side do you girls prefer? Right side or left?” he stuttered, pointing to the floor whilst trying to sound confident (he clearly wasn’t). As he did so he heard the door slam and realised that Yoko had left the room. Leaving him with the other girls who were likely disappointed in him and as a result making the room feel smaller and stuffier for Sachiyo. “Is Yoko really that upset with me Mitsune?” he asked only to receive another glare from her. Getting her message, he sighed, waving a hand. “That bad hey? Alright, I’m going, I’m going…” he muttered as he dropped his bag and walked out of the door. The corridor outside the room was long and stretched far in both directions. No sign of Yoko. “Damn it…” he muttered before heading left.
Sachiyo then spent the next three hours looking for Yoko. He would ask anyone he came across, others from his class, members from hers. Heck! He even asked other visitors and even the teacher when he was on his tenth or eleventh cigarette break. After walking up and down every floor of the hotel, exploring its grounds and even traversing the outer forest he made his way back to the foyer to grab a drink. “Where the hell is she?” he muttered as he punched the vending machines button. As if things could get worse for him the orange juice got jammed as it fell, therefore it couldn’t be received. Sighing loudly, Sachiyo sank to the floor and put his back to the machine, banging his head on the glass. “Hey? You ok Sachiyo?” the voice of Saya said as she turned the corner. Sachiyo hadn’t seen any of the girls he knew in the class until now, maybe she knew where Yoko was? Giving Saya her description she tapped his chin before coming up with something. “I don’t know her personally… but I did see a girl up on the roof.” She said to which Sachiyo raised an eyebrow. “On the roof? I thought we weren’t allowed up there?” he said confused, somewhat curious as to why Saya was up there herself. “Well, technically were not…” she mumbled slightly embarrassed “But I needed to make sure it was perfect for my camera equipment! So that’s when I saw her just standing there.” she smiled before taking out a coin. “I take it you two know each other?” she asked curiously. “Yea, childhood friends…” he sighed. “And you’ve had a falling out right?” “Yea, that as well…” “I see…” Nodding, Saya put the coin in the machine Sachiyo was still leaning against, ordering an orange juice that fell down and knocked the other down. “Whenever I fall out with my sister I usual find having something to drink helps…” she said with a smile indicating to the two cans now at the bottom of the machine. “Saya…” Sachiyo muttered grateful to which Saya merely started to walk away. “Take it! Give it to your friend and make up ok? I’ll even give you guys the roof to have time to make up tonight, ok?” she said with a smile before disappearing. Nodding, Sachiyo took the cans and raced to the roof. The run felt like the longest he had ever been on, with every step feeling as if he ran another mile!
By the time he reached the heavy fire exit door and pushed it open he was dripping in sweat. Making sure to put the brick that held the door open back in place, he then desperately looked around for Yoko, he could see it was getting late now. He was about to give up hope when sure enough he saw her standing by the camera on its stand and the rest of Saya’s equipment. Turning, Yoko noticed Sachiyo too. “I don’t want to talk Sachiyo!” she called out to which Sachiyo stood his ground. “Look, just listen to me, ok? Please!” Sachiyo called back, walking up to her he tried to think what to say, how to make her understand. “I’m sorry ok!? Really! I am! My phone, I dropped it when I was on the Eiffel Tower in France and I didn’t write down any of my numbers like the idiot I am...” He pleaded to which she starred at him, trying to tell if he was telling the truth. “Wait… you mean to tell me you dropped your phone… on the Eiffel Tower… in France?” she muttered, putting the pieces of the puzzle together. “I never said it was a good reason…” he replied still out of breath, to which she chuckled lightly. “Ok, I can believe that. And I can believe the fact that you’re an idiot… but how the hell did you not even recognise me?” she asked angrily, trying to put together how anyone could do such a thing. This was the question he hoped he wouldn’t need to answer. And one that made him feel the most guilty. “As for not recognising you… I’ll admit, that was a dick move! A stupid dick head move and one I can’t forgive myself for! I just never thought you could look so…” he started to say then stopped, tightening his jacket as a cold breeze ran through him. “Never thought I could look so what?” Yoko asked curiously, her full attention now on the stumbling boy who was sweating more now. “So… so…” he tried to say the words but couldn’t. Why? Why couldn’t he say that he thought she generally looked rather beautiful? After all, it’s just an everyday thing to say to someone right? So why not Yoko? He opened his mouth to try again when suddenly another stronger breeze hit him and the sound of crashing could be heard around him. Sachiyo saw the camera on its stand fall, but where did the other noise come from? Then it hit him like a ton of bricks! Literally! Turning around he dashed to the fire exit that was not slammed shut, the brick nowhere to be seen! “What’s wrong!?” Yoko asked concerned, standing next to Sachiyo now. “It’s the door! It’s locked itself! And there’s no handle on this side!” Sachiyo explained trying to pull the door out by its corners. “Wait!? So you mean we’re stuck up here!?” Yoko asked, her voice rising with tension. “It’s ok! I’ll just call…” he started to reassure her until he reached into his pockets. Nothing! “Shit! I knew I forgot to buy a new one! How about you Yoko? Any luck?” he asked, now worried himself. “Me? Where am I going to find the money for one of those!? I always use the house phone remember!” she said annoyed before walking back to the camera equipment and sitting on a box. “If we just wait long enough, then the owner of these will…” “Not come…” Sachiyo said finishing her sentence, biting his lip as Yoko turned her head and looked at him in disbelief. “Why…?” she said in almost a hiss to which Sachiyo’s mouth moved up and down frantically. “Because she said she would give us the night to talk things over… I even have some OJ if that helps…” he murmured, shacking the cans in his hands, hoping that this would somehow make her happy. However, this seemed to do the opposite as her eyes widened. “Great! So we’re stuck up here!” she yelled angrily, turning away from Sachiyo. Sighing, Sachiyo then approached the edge of the roof and looked around. There were no other fire exits of any sort and no ledges to climb down, not from this height anyway. As he looked around he could see the forest he had traversed in the distance and the steam rising from the walled off bathhouse in the distance. People were like ants from up here, no way was he getting anyone’s attention. Wanting to give Yoko time to cool off, Sachiyo decided to pick up the camera that was still on the floor and put it back in place. He then made sure it wasn’t damaged to which it wasn’t even he dented (truly a tough model). Turning around he noticed Yoko shiver as another lighter breeze went by. Realising that she didn’t have an outer jacket, Sachiyo took off his and put it over her. “What are you…?” “I’m keeping you warm. It’s the least I can do for being a jerk and getting you trapped up here.” Sachiyo responded before rubbing his bare arms. “Don’t, you’ll get cold…” she said concerned. Not foreseeing this response, he tried to smile. “I-im f-fine…” Sachiyo stuttered as a cold breeze blew straight through him and caused his teeth to chatter. Rolling her eyes, Yoko gave a light smile before opening the jacket slightly. “Come on, get in!” she said, nodding her head to indicate the empty space. “T-there’s not e-enough space to c-cover the both of u-us…” he trembled in response. “I’m not going to ask again… now come on!” Yoko argued back. Sachiyo was determined to withstand the cold, but after another breeze ran straight through him he instantly sat down next to Yoko and shared the jacket. It barely covered the both of them. Sachiyo then felt an arm wrap around his waist as Yoko pulled up closer to him. “Hey! What are you…?” he started to say in a panic to which she shot him a look. “Don’t get any ideas ok? This is merely to keep us warm…” “S-sure!” he stuttered, his face turning slightly red as he looked up at the sky, trying not to make the situation more awkward for the both of them. “Hey, Sachiyo?” Yoko eventually asked to which he gulped. “Err… Yes Yoko?” “Do you still have those cans? Just I’m really thirsty…” she said with a smile. Only just remembering that the cans where still in his hands, he smiled back as he gave her one.
The two would then spend the next hour drinking the cans of orange juice and talking about the year they missed together. He would explain to Yoko where he went and what the people there ate and their customs. Yoko in response would ask more questions and mention what she did in Nikawa, mainly being painting and thinking up her new appearance. Having been so engaged in conversation with Yoko, Sachiyo suddenly realised that the stars were out. “We haven’t done this in years…” Sachiyo smiled as he gazed up. “Done what?” Yoko asked confused. “Looked up at the stars.” He said pointing. “Remember how we used to sneak out at night and look out at the stars together when we were kids?” Remembering this Yoko laughed. “Back then we talked about our futures. You wanted to be a robot…” “And you a princess!” Sachiyo responded to which the two laughed whole heartedly. As the two gazed up at the starry sky Yoko nodded happily. “I’m glad you didn’t change Sachiyo. When you went abroad I mean…” She said after a minute of silence. “Oh come on, you’re not going to get rid of this stupid grin anytime soon.” He chuckled to which she shook her head. “No I didn’t mean, ah forget it…” she sighed to which Sachiyo looked at her odd, not being able to understand why she was frustrated. Taking her final sip of the drink, Yoko then started to smile, slightly blushing as she looked up at the starry sky. “So, what were you going to say earlier?” Yoko finally asked to which Sachiyo looked at her confused. “Huh?” he responded to which Yoko rolled her eyes. “I just never thought you could look so… what?” she quoted curiously, turning to face him. Sachiyo had to think about this before suddenly releasing what she meant. “Oh… OH! You mean that!” Sachiyo said somewhat embarrassed. “Yes that…” “That thing?” “Yes THAT thing.” Yoko said raising her voice slightly. “You sure?” “YES, I’m QUITE sure.” Yoko finally snapped, losing her patience to which Sachiyo was taking aback. Realising that she had raised her voice she cleared her throat. “Please…” she said after taking a deep breath and looking at him again. Swallowing hard, Sachiyo went red and started to sweat. “Well um…” he began, trying to find the words. “I just never thought you could look so…” “Yes?” “So…” “YES!?” Yoko said losing her patience again to which Sachiyo spluttered out the word “Beautiful!”, leaving Yoko speechless. Even Sachiyo was surprised by what he suddenly said out loud, but it also felt good, natural even for some reason. “I just never thought you could look so beautiful…” he repeated, smiling sheepishly to which Yoko smiled back. The two then looked into each other’s eyes. Both hearts began to beat and their faces became redder and redder. “Sachiyo…” Yoko whispered. “Yes Yoko?” Feeling her arms tighten around Sachiyo, Yoko felt her mouth go dry as she bit her lip. Then, after relaxing it, she felt prepared. Slowly, she leaned in, her heart accelerating, her breathing heavy; she was actually going to do the thing she had wanted to do for years. Kiss her childhood friend who was too dense to notice her true feeling, until now. Then…
BANG!
Suddenly the fire exit burst open as a figure appeared in its place. The sound of the noise caused the two to almost have heart attacks as they practically leapt into the air from the noise. Yoko’s face bright red and looking down at the floor in utter embarrassment as Sachiyo threw his jacket back on, also red and confused by what was perhaps about to happen. Though he wasn’t exactly sure himself. (…) “T-thanks for the rescue!” he stuttered, his heart still racing. “We’ve been trapped up here for the past few hours…” he continued trying to seem relaxed, only he was constantly fidgeting with his jacket. “Isn’t the right Yoko?” he said turning to the girl who couldn’t even look either of them in the eye. (…) “Yea, thanks…” Yoko said in a low voice, nodding her head so as to seem thankful, only her actual expression under her hair was the odd mix of disappointment, embarrassment and somewhat anger. “Excuse me…” she managed to say with gritted teeth, before storming past the figure and down the fire escape, leaving Sachiyo feeling awkward and to the mercy of their savoir.

(OoC: Honest question, what color are you using for Yoko? Magenta? Just curious! And yes, you'd do wise in pointing those things out in the future. Remember, what means one thing in one place might mean something COMPLETELY different somewhere else! Or, hell, they don't HAVE those things to begin with! Swedish is a prime example: gift and gift. Both written the same, both pronounced the same. The first means 'married', the latter means 'poison'. See what I mean? 'Gift' can - in any other language - mean something COMPLETELY different than the Swedish version. 'Ganska' is another example. In Swedish, it means rather decent/alright. In Danish, it means great. I'm not even making this up. Before you ask how I don't know what color you use and use something similar for Mika, I used the color wheel for that. Shut up, it's hot, late and I'm tired, alright?)
"...Hello, Mika-sama," Akinobu was kneeling down in front of her door, with his head down. She opened her door and smiled at him, then turned around and gestured for him to follow. Akinobu stood up and quietly walked in with her. He hadn't visited her in the last five years, but he still recalled how to get through the maze she called a house to get to her room. Haruna was away to grab them some tea and cookies and on the bed, a lone guy sat. "Who're you?" Akinobu asked. It was obvious it wasn't Kyosuke and Mika had no interest in guys other than him. "Nice to meet you, Yamato-san!" the guy said and walked over to him. Akinobu instantly grabbed his neck and held him a few inches above the ground. "Who are you and how do you know my name?" Akinobu said as his grip slowly tightened around his neck. "Hey, down, Akinobu-kun" Mika said and pouted. Akinobu got surprised at this but did as she asked and dropped him on the ground. He massaged his sore neck. "I'll ask again. Who the hell are you?" he said and prepared himself in case a fight would happen. "The name's Daichi. I'm a Furukawa member and one of your cousins. I've... Never been officially part of the Furukawa lineage though," he said and chuckled lightly. Akinobu examined Daichi carefully; he had short black hair, blue eyes and a rather gentle face. He was about 172 cm tall and was dressed in a black and white jumper and blue jeans. "...Never officially part? What do you mean?" Akinobu asked and tilted his head. "...My father, Shinonono Ichika, married my mother, Furukawa Houki. However, my mother never wanted me to... You know, fight and stuff," he laughed. Akinobu didn't look very amused as he quickly continued. "They held the Furukawa lineage a secret from me. The only of my cousins I've met before is Mika-chan," he said and gestured his hand towards her. She was sitting and - most likely - drooling at a picture of Kyosuke at her desk. "Mika-sama is the true Master. Of course she keeps in touch with all Furukawa members of her Set*. Tell me, what Set do you belong to?" Akinobu asked. "Set 218, I-S-M*," he replied. "...So you're in the same set as us, huh? Age?" Akinobu continued. "I'm the same age as Mika-chan; 18 this year," he explained. "Type?" Akinobu asked. "As I've never been officially part of it... Reader*, I think would fit my description the best," he shrugged and laughed gently. "Who was the founder of the Furukawa Style and what was the name of his wife, his best friend and said friend's wife? And at what ages did they marry?" Akinobu asked. "Furukawa Yamato and Nodoka Kagome. They got wed when he was 22 and she was 21. His best friend was a man called Daichi, of which little else is known. He got married to a woman called Nagisa when he was 17 and she was 15. Yamato was the lord of the local land at that time," he explained with a calm expression. "..." Akinobu looked bored at him and swung a punch towards him with full force, stopping only a few millimeters away from his face. "...Do you trust me now?" he asked gently. "...If Mika-sama trusts you, I have no reason to distrust you. Here's my cell number," Akinobu said and took out his cellphone. The two of them quickly exchanged numbers, after which he smiled gently. "I'm glad that you two are the first ones I've met of my cousins," he smiled.
"Excuse me, gotta go!" Mika smiled and jumped up on her feet. She walked over to a nearby window and jumped out through it - despite it being on the third floor - and landed in a nearby tree, quickly jumped down and then jumped and attached herself to a guy who came towards the house. "Who's that?" Daichi asked, obviously surprised. "That'd be Kyosuke, Mika-sama's boyfriend," Akinobu said bored. "Huh... I see... Hey, Yamato-sama," Daichi turned to him. "Call me that again and I'll break your arm. I'm Akinobu," he said bored. "Tell me, Akinobu-san... What's it like being born the Yamato of this generation?" he asked. "...How's it feel being born as person unaware of his true family?" Akinobu replied with a bored face and exited the room. Daichi was left dumbfounded and shrugged, then looked out through the window again. "...A Furukawa member we've never heard of... I better call ossan* and see if he knows something," Akinobu muttered to himself as he walked down the familiar corridors and soon ended up outside. "...Hm?" before he had the chance to call his father, a lone knife came flying towards his location and landed next to his feet. "...You wanna fight, do you?" Akinobu smirked as the knife seemingly floated into thin air and back into Mika's hand. "Come now, don't be like that! I just want to work up a sweat before tonight!" she smiled. "Weapon of choice: Katana," he said as a katana landed next to him. He quickly picked it up and dashed towards Mika. Meanwhile, in Mika's room, Daichi looked impressed at the display of the two of them fighting each other. "...Now I see why mother told me not to get involved with this..." he felt weak just looking at them.
A few hours later, Akinobu headed back to the hotel. He was drenched in sweat and Mika said something like 'she'll bring Daichi and Kyosuke over to bath in the onsen as well!' - which, frankly, could NOT end well... Could it? He wasn't sure. Akinobu headed into the hotel as Rise walked up to him. "They're gone. Any idea where they are?" she asked. "...Shit. Ask around," Akinobu shook his head irritated and hurried on inside, ignoring his fatigue from the spar - even though each blow probably sounded like minor quakes to most people. He stumbled into Saya, who looked surprised at him. "What's up? You look bushed," she said and tilted her head. "Seen the smiling bastard... I mean, Sachiyo and Yoko around?" he asked. "Hm? I told them to go to the roof but... If they're actually there, I don't know!" she said, obviously surprised. Akinobu let out a weak sigh and shook his head, then kept dashing down the corridor. "They're on the roof according to someone," Chihiro said with a bored expression on her face. It was obvious she was looking forward to the bath time; it was mainly obvious as when he came crashing into their room, she was halfway through changing to a bathing suit. "...You're NOT going to need a bathing suit. It's a bath. We'll be naked. I assure you," he shook his head. She tilted her head lightly, then began removing her clothes completely. "...Do that when we're actually going to ENTER THE BATH," he sighed and dashed up to the roof. The door was locked and he was pissed. "God damn DOOR," Akinobu cricked his knuckles and looked around. "No one around? Good!" he said and pulled his right arm back. "Furukawa Angel Style, first movement; Angel's Tear!*" he said as a red aura started surrounding his first and he punched the door with enough force to cause it fly open. He quickly entered the roof and spotted two people in the distance. He hurried up to them and recognized them both. "...Someone need a rescue? Or just a room," Akinobu laughed. "T-Thanks for the rescue!" he stuttered. Akinobu raised his eyebrow as Yoko thanked him before storming past him down the stairs. "...Come on, man. Bathing time starts in ten minutes and I'm drenched. I'm not hearing excuses. We're going down there. NOW," he said and grabbed Sachiyo's collar and literally FORCED him down the stairs. (...) Akinobu got undressed in the changing room and put on a towel around his waist and headed on inside to the actual bath. He was the second one in there; the first one was Mika. "You realize this is the men's bath, right?" he said bored and sat down next to her. "How many scars are you up in now?" she asked and looked at his body. "Seventy-three (73)," he said bored. Mika just sighed and shook her head. Her towel was basically glued to her body, something Akinobu couldn't help but notice as she stood up. "I'm heading to the girls bath now. By the looks of it, quite a few people are coming in now," she smiled as Sachiyo slowly came in. Akinobu stood up and walked over to him with Mika standing right behind him at all times. "And into the bath we go!" Akinobu grabbed his best friend for the second time in about fifteen (15) minutes but this time, forced him into the bath. "Nothing like a hot bath to make a man relax! ...What's with your red face? Too warm for you? Dude, chill!" Akinobu laughed and sat down next to Sachiyo as several of their classmates began entering the bath. Meanwhile, on the other side of the bamboo fence that separated them from the girls, Mitsune, Rise, Yoko and Chihiro had all entered. "Hey, where were you guys anyway?" Rise asked. (...) "Heh... I see... Hey, Chihiro-chan, do you have someone you like?" Rise asked. "Akinobu-dono," she replied instantly. "I'm his concubine. I see no problem with it," she shrugged. It was clear that her chest was the largest of the bunch with Yoko being a rather close second. Mitsune came third and Rise came dead last. She pouted lightly at this but said nothing. "That reminds me, how does it feel being married?" Rise asked Mitsune. "...How should I put it... It feels AWESOME," she laughed. Rise just nodded as Akinobu let out a weak sneeze. "...Someone talking about me? ...Huh, guess I'm imagining things..." he shrugged. Sachiyo, meanwhile, looked like he was fainting in the bath. "...Guess it's to warm for him in here... Oh well, tough luck," Akinobu mumbled to himself and shrugged.
(OoC: LOTS AND LOTS OF NOTES GO!
Set = related to the Furukawa lineage. A 'Set' is cousins born within 3 years of each other. E.g: If you're born 1990, 1991 and 1992, you're a 'Set'. If you're born 1993, you're part of the next Set. Basically, it's their way to know how old everyone are. Set 218 is just a number so they know what Set they belong to. The numbers serve no purpose. I-S-M stands for the first letters of the first ones born in each year for that Set. E.g I-S-M could stand for Ichika (year 1), Seshiru (year 2) and Mika (year 3). When Akinobu asks what type he is, it's another Furukawa deal. There's 3 types: READERS, like Daichi. They're intelligent beyond belief but got very limited abilities in fighting. HYBRID, like Akinobu. Intelligent AND capable of fighting, they don't excel in either area. Most common. FIGHTER, like Akira (another of his cousins), they barely pass their classes but are excellent when it comes to any form of weaponry and fights.
Ossan = Literally 'old man'. It's Akinobu's way of referring to his father, Junpei. Furukawa Angel Style: A style that uses a lot of spiritual energy (his family is sensitive to those things) and very little physical energy to enhance their abilities. Angel's Tear got two effects, depending on where it's applied: If applied to the fists, it increases his power by a LOT. If applied to his feet, he basically turns into The Flash.
Kyosuke is Mika's boyfriend who she's... Borderline obsessed with. He'll show up in the next post together. Sachiyo and him should get well along; both are wimps with their closest friends (in his case, girlfriend) being Furukawa members. For more information as to why she is obsessed with him, call 555-you-are-doomed. I repeat, that's 555-she'll-murder-you-if-you-ask. What do you mean I said two different numbers? Of course I didn't! Finally, if you make this thread end before we both have 10 RP posts in it, I'm punching you in the face. With a cactus. Called Jimmy. 10 RP posts/each (same thread) = S.Link 1, in case you're curious why I mention it.
Concubine = (female) lover. And no. You're not imagining things. She says that flat-out in front of his wife (she's aware Chihiro's his concubine anyway).
And yes. Akinobu is married to Mitsune. They got married in a story I'm writing based of PH which is basically a 'bridge' between the old PH and the new one in terms of Akinobu's story. Finally, no. Daichi is NOT a reincarnated person. Some members just feel like naming their children Daichi for various reasons. Oh yeah, in case you're curious; Haruna shows up during their... Spar to give them cookies and tea. It'd be... Difficult to add that in the middle of a fight.

(OoC: At the moment I guess I’m using Magenta / pink. It was just a colour I saw on the colour wheel and therefore chose it.)
"...Come on, man. Bathing time starts in ten minutes and I'm drenched. I'm not hearing excuses. We're going down there. NOW," Sachiyo heard Aki say and froze. Was Aki crazy? Was he really thinking of taking him there of all places! Before Sachiyo could say anything however, he was grabbed by the collar and dragged down the stairs. Kicking them as he struggled for air and a means of escape, he attracted the gazes of many on lookers as the two approached the baths. Only when the two arrived at the changing rooms was Sachiyo FINALLY let loose and pushed towards locker. Sachiyo was about to try and make an escape when suddenly the rest of the guys entered. No way was he getting out without anyone noticing him leave. Sighing loudly he took off him jacket. “Just because bathing is forced, doesn’t mean I’m going in the bath… OK!? I’ll wash with a bucket aright….” Sachiyo hissed rather annoyed as the other bots began to laugh and whip each other with towels. After sheepishly taking off his clothes and putting a towel around him, Sachiyo looked one more time at the exit only to see it completely blocked off. Sighing, he looked in the crowd for Aki only to find him gone. Confused, Sachiyo decided to poke his head out towards the baths themselves. The steam was almost fog like at first, then disappearing he noticed it, the bath. A large pool of clear water that made gently ripples alongside the beautiful natural looking rocks and wildlife. To most people it would have looked stunning, but to Sachiyo it was like a pool of lava than water. He then noticed to the side the selection of tubs and benches. PERFECT! He would be able to get away with not going in after all! Casually, Sachiyo slowly approached the tubs as a cold breeze ran through him. “Damn! Why are these things always outside?” he muttered annoyed, rubbing his exposed arms to try and keep warm. As he continued to walk however, he flinched as he was forced to step through some left over puddles with his bare feet. Gritting his teeth, he was halfway there when he suddenly noticed something odd… a girl wrapped in a towel and standing behind Aki! Stunned by this Sachiyo froze. Why the hell was a girl in here!? Just as Sachiyo tried to work this out he also couldn’t help but remember the only other time he saw a girl wrapped in a towel, and that didn’t go well for either of them! Trapped in thought, Sachiyo suddenly felt cold hands grab him, not realising that Aki had closed the distance by now. "And into the bath we go!" Akinobu said as he forced Sachiyo into the bath. The minute Sachiyo made contact with the warm water a flood of emotions hit him like a ton of bricks. Fear, confusion, betrayal, anger, sadness… these where just a few of the things Sachiyo felt as he instinctively held his breath and closed his eyes. Before the water only covered his ankles, now however it rose up to his chest as he whole body went red from the sudden change in temperature and his body began to shake with fear. "Nothing like a hot bath to make a man relax! ...What's with your red face? Too warm for you? Dude, chill!" Sachiyo heard Akinobu laugh next to him. “What the hell is he thinking!? Is he trying to get him killed!?” Sachiyo thought, his eyes still locked tight as he kept his shacking feet firmly on the surface of the bath. He considered trying to make an escape when he heard the distant sound of the rest of their classmates entering the bath. “Stay calm dude… JUST… STAY… FUCKING… CALM!” he thought to himself, trying to relax and stop the flood of tears from escaping. Yet despite his fears, he knew one thing. He had actually made it into a bath! Having not been in one for years it was kind of weird having his whole body submerged. He only ever used sponges filled with water or in the worst case scenario ten second showers. Now however, it felt different, pleasant even. The water was hot, but also satisficing to the touch. Perhaps this wouldn’t be so bad after all, for a split second he breathed in the pleasant smelling aroma of the bath and opened his mouth for air. He wasn’t drowning, that was a relief, though he didn’t dare open his eyes just yet.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the bamboo fence, Yoko floated gently in the water. Although her confidence had increased greatly over the past year, being in the same bath as other girls still made her feel somewhat uncomfortable, though this was mainly back when she looked worse for ware and was embarrassed by her otherwise smaller bust size to other girls her age. However, looking around she couldn’t help but notice that between the four of them her chest was at least the second biggest. Secretly, this made her happy inside, knowing that this made her look more appealing. She knew that this was a selfless thing to think, but considering her less than brilliant upbringing, she felt she deserved one good thing. "Hey, where were you guys anyway?" Yoko heard Rise say suddenly. “Huh?” Yoko said off guard, not sure what she meant before suddenly realising. “Oh, me and Sachiyo? Err…” she said trying to put the words together. As she did she felt her face go red, a mixture of happiness and anger that she took out on the bath by smacking a hand straight into the water, sending a wave over the side. “The idiot got us stuck on the roof and we ended up spending hours there…” she said with a sigh before looking around carefully, smiling weakly. For some reason Yoko felt the urge to tell someone, ANYONE what had happened. And since there were only girls around it made sense to tell one of them. Almost like a young school girl, Yoko leaned in and whispered to Rise excitedly. “Though between you and me, it was kind of romantic…” Yoko said unable to stop herself from giggling, a smile spreading across her face. “Just the two of us under the stars… and then he goes and says that I look beautiful! Me!” Yoko continued, getting more excited and red in the face. “So I lean in right… the universal message for ‘kiss me you idiot’, and you know what happens?” Yoko asks Rise, waiting for her response. “He doesn’t get the message and Akinobu decides to burst through the door, literally! I appreciated getting off that roof and all, but… bad timing am I right?” she sighed loudly, glad to have that off her chest. Relieved, Yoko then suddenly realised what she had said! “Um… keep that between us though? Ok?” she mumbled reverting back to her old shy self, prodding her index fingers together as she looked down at the pool somewhat embarrassed. (…) After Rise brought up Mitsune’s wedding she started to laugh. Smiling in response, Yoko couldn’t help but laugh as well. Doing so then reminded Yoko of one of her favourite games, one she would always play with her other friends at the beach. Therefore, she felt a bath would be just as good! Stretching out her arms high into the air with new found confidence (not realising that now half of her was out of the water exposed) she grinned wickedly. “I’m glad you’re enjoying being married Mitsune! Now! As it seems we practically have this bath to ourselves, let’s have some fun!” Yoko yelled excitedly before bringing her arms down and around in one fluent motion, sending a huge wave of water over Rise’s face! Practically in stitches, Yoko laughed hard before diving back into the water and setting her sights on the other girls, also known as her targets.
Back to the boys side, Sachiyo had conquered the sound, smell and feel of the water, now all he had to do was open his eyes. Yet doing so seemed impossible! They felt like heavy vault doors under all the stress he was under. Realising that he had already spent a good minute in the water now, he could hear the last of the students stepping in. Breathing heavily, he felt ready. However, just as he was about to open his eyes, it suddenly happened. One student must have decided to do a dive bomb into the pool as all of sudden Sachiyo was covered in a wave of water, and then fear! The hair on the back of his neck sprung to life before suddenly he felt something, most likely the diver whoosh under his feet and take Sachiyo out! Flying off his feet, Sachiyo opened his eyes from the sudden shock of losing his footing. For just a split second he was mesmerised by the sight above him. The beautiful starry sky that seemed to hold his gaze and made his feel as if he was floating, flying even in a cosmic space. Then came reality… Sachiyo’s head was the first to go in, unable to hold his breath in time his entire vision was covered in rippling waves of terror. His mouth and nostrils where flooded with the bath’s soapy water and his heart began to race. He tried to tell his body to move, only he was now in shock, his whole body went into lockdown as he felt his head gently bang on the surface of the bath. Looking up he was suddenly filled with the same fears he had felt all those years ago, the sense of hopelessness, the brush on the back of the head, the weeds that attached themselves to him and cut deep into his skin, stopping his escaping and pinning him to the ground. Like before he felt helpless, useless and unable to escape this watery grave as air began to leave his lungs. Unable to stand the feeling of complete submersion he closed his eyes, fainting as he did so from the wave of emotions and memories hitting him all at once.
(OoC: Poor Sachiyo, but to be honest this is what would happen if you forced him into the water. I did say he was scarred of water for a good reason dude...)

(OoC: Aw, but getting into lethal situations is obligatory around Akinobu! That's something he should know by now!)
Akinobu took a quick glance at Sachiyo after the idiotic dive bomb (he had personally swallowed a lot of water as he had yawned at right that instance) and noticed something being wrong... Very. "...Damn it... Sachiyo? You awake?" Akinobu grabbed Sachiyo's shoulder and forced his head above water. "...Shit," Akinobu stood up and grabbed Sachiyo's arm and forced him out of the water, forced him back on his legs and put his arm around his neck, before walking back into the changing room. Once in there, Akinobu slapped Sachiyo across the face multiple times, until he finally snapped out of it. "...Damn it, man... Wake the hell up!" Akinobu slapped him across his face another two times. Sachiyo finally seemed back to his regular self. "...'Scuse me for a bit, I'll go murder our classmates," Akinobu pushed down Sachiyo on a bench and walked back outside. What happened next is unclear - despite there being some fifteen witnesses there, all of their statements contradicted each other. However, one thing was for sure; QUITE a bit of blood was spilled that day. Once done, he walked back inside and noticed Kyosuke and Daichi talking to Sachiyo, who seemed to have finally calmed down. "Evening, Kyosuke," Akinobu said and walked up to him. "It is good to see you as well, Akinobu-kun," he smiled. "Please keep taking care of Mika-sama," he said gently, to which Kyosuke merely nodded. Daichi, meanwhile, was examining Sachiyo - minus the shock of it all, he didn't seem to have any visible damage. "I'm no doctor, but I think it's best if he rests up for tonight," Daichi recommended. Akinobu nodded and got changed, then handed Sachiyo's clothes to him before turning back to Kyosuke. "Mika-sama is in the women's bath. I... Recommend against bathing right now. Too much blood, I'm afraid," he shrugged. Kyosuke chuckled lightly and nodded. "It's fine. I merely came here because Mika-chan asked me to give you something," he said and held out a small package. Akinobu took it and opened it with a raised eyebrow, after which he let out a laugh. "Mika-sama... How typical," he laughed and noticed it being a cellphone. "Hey, smiling bastard! Here!" Akinobu threw the cellphone at Sachiyo who - a bit clumsily - grabbed it. "I don't need one and yours is broken, right? You keep that one as a compensation for what happened, deal?" he smiled. (...) Meanwhile, the girls had heard the... Commotion created by Akinobu. Mika was happily floating with the other girls. "I'm jealous, Mitsune-chan..." Mika pouted lightly. "Huh? What's wrong?" she asked, clearly surprised. "You're married but I'm not allowed to marry for another six months..." she pouted and hid her head under the water for a short bit before coming right back up. "Well... The wedding was kinda... Unique, I guess you could call it..." she laughed nervously. "Indeed. Akinobu-dono and I went out in the middle of it to fight a gang," Chihiro said bored. "...Yes, I recall that quite... Clearly," Rise sighed and shook her head. It was hard to forget that day. Akinobu's father had came in all of a sudden and said that a gang was out to fight him. Akinobu had grabbed a katana provided by Chihiro and went out together with her and beat the ever loving hell out of every single person present more or less. For some reason, they all had vague memories of Sachiyo and Yoko* being present, but for some reason, those memories seemed foggy at best. "...It's late. Come on, let's go back to our room, shall we?" Mitsune suggested. The girls nodded and stood up, then looked at Mika. "Don't mind me, I live next door! I'll be fine!" she smiled as they headed in. (...) Back at the room, Akinobu, Sachiyo, Saya, Setsuko and Meiko were playing Old Maid* and... It was no surprise Akinobu was losing at it. Whether it was his horrible poker face or just the fact he generally sucked at it was unclear at best, but one thing was for certain; Sachiyo had already won as he ran out of cards. Meiko came second and Setsuko a close third. "I'll pick... This one!" Saya said and pulled one of the two remaining cards. "...I lost for the ninth time in a row..." Akinobu sighed and stood up. "Well as promised, I'll grab us some drinks. Same as the last eight times?" he asked, as all of them nodded in agreement. He exited the room and headed to a nearby vending machine and bought 2x orange juice (Setsuko, Meiko), 2x green tea (Saya, Sachiyo) and a can of Cola for himself before heading back. "Good thing I got payed yesterday..." he mumbled and headed back to the room and handed out the drinks to everyone. "Well as promised, one final game and we'll call it a night!" he said as Setsuko handed out the cards. Akinobu looked at his hand and let out a weak sigh of relief; he wasn't the Old Maid this time around... For now, that is. His luck, however, ended up lasting him the entire game; for the first time in about ten months, he actually won at Old Maid! "...Too bad you lost in the end, Saya," he laughed. "Nothing to about it... Ah, it's late. Come on, we'd better go to sleep! Our room is next door so if something happens, come in!" she smiled and turned to Sachiyo. "If you come in, we might give you a little... Extra service," she said jokingly before hurrying off. Akinobu looked at Sachiyo, who looked exhausted. He had already crawled into his futon*. "I'll stay awake until the girls are back," Akinobu said and walked into the hallway. (...) Once the girls came back and they had gone to sleep as well, Akinobu laid down in the futon next to Sachiyo. "Sleep tight, smiling bastard," Akinobu mumbled as he fell asleep.
*THE NEXT MORNING*
"...Shit, my head..." he sat up and rubbed his temples. "Yo, Sachiyo, time to wake up..." he put a hand on Sachiyo's shoulder and shook it a little. Sachiyo woke up after a short bit and let out a... Rather loud scream. The girls had heard it and hurried into their half of the room. "What the... Who the hell are you?! And what have you done to Akinobu-san?!" Rise shouted. "What are you talking about?... I AM Akinobu..." he said and grabbed some of his hair and pulled it in front of his face. It was silver colored. "...Can I get a mirror? NOW?" he said as Chihiro handed one to him. She seemed rather... Unaffected by the entire ordeal. He quickly looked into the mirror; his face was a little rougher around the edges, his hair silver and his eyes blue-gray. "...Son of a... Mitsune?!" he jumped up and stumbled into the other half of the room. Where Mitsune had been sleeping the night before, a girl with black hair and gray eyes sat and looked confused at him. "...Kagome-san..." "Yamato-sama...?" it was obvious neither of them had any clue what had happened. He turned back to Sachiyo and knelt down next to him. "Greetings. The name's Furukawa Yamato. Nice meeting you, Ritsu Sachiyo. Or, do you prefer, Kujikawa Ryosuke Daichi?" he said with a calm smile on his face.
(Notes time! In the story, Sachiyo and Yoko both show up at the wedding. Sachiyo tries eating a piece of the wedding cake but Yoko interrupts him and threatens to tell Akinobu about it. The reason the memories of them are fussy is because most of them payed little attention to them as they were busy with other things. Chips is - as always - up to no good during the wedding. Old Maid is a popular card game played in Japan... A lot. The rules are rather simple: You take turns taking a card from your opponents going in a clockwise manner. You use the entire deck along with a Joker, also known as the 'Old Maid'. You're not allowed to tell someone what cards you have on hand but you're free to trick people into picking the Joker card (if you think you can). If you manage to get a pair, e.g 2 3s, those cards are removed from the rest of the game. The loser is the one who sits with the Old Maid card in the end. Akinobu... Has a VERY bad poker face when playing card games.
Futon is a kind of roll-out bed. It's basically a small mattress with a pillow and a blanket included.
And yes. Akinobu currently looks like his true self (a.k.a his Yamato self). More stuff explained in the next post. Also, in case you're wondering, the class trip is 3 days, 2 nights, so it's not over yet. As for Chips, Rise's parents are taking care of him (they got wheelchairs to get themselves around the house, so don't worry on that point).
Kujikawa Ryosuke Daichi was the full name of Yamato's best friend. The reason Mitsune refers to him as 'Yamato-sama' is because, in their first lives, he was the local lord and she lived in the city he controlled. She referred to him as '-sama' out of respect. These days, it's more of a habit. He refers to her either as -san or -chan.
Sorry that the post is somewhat short. Wrote it at like 2 AM so I was tired as hell. Editing typos/grammar mistakes (if I notice/someone points them out) some time or another. Again, sorry.)

(OoC: Short? SHORT!? DUDE! Your posts are always plenty! Don’t worry about it ok? Also, as always I’m sorry for the late post. But thank you for understanding my busy schedule. When Sachiyo finally came to, his frantic eyes darted around the room. He was back in the changing rooms for some reason. Breathing heavily and dripping in both sweat and water. He tried to talk, only to cough up almost an entire lung full of bath water as his body shock violently. Afterwards he felt like shit, but at least he no longer had nearly a whole bath inside him. As he was trying to catch his breath however he noticed two other people enter. A girl and a boy he had never seen before. Luckily Sachiyo’s towel was still tight around his waist so he didn’t have to get embarrassed by her presence. The boy however came over and examined Sachiyo, asking questions that Sachiyo wasn’t able to hear as a result of still being in shock. It was only until Aki handed him his clothes that he noticed he was even in the room. Sachiyo tried to say Akinobu’s name, but either the words didn’t come out or he still couldn’t quite hear himself over the beating of his heart. As he thought about this however, suddenly a cell phone was thrown at him to which he clumsily grabbed it. "I don't need one and yours is broken, right? You keep that one as a compensation for what happened, deal?" Sachiyo just managed to hear Aki say. He looked down at it and noticed it was a similar make to his old one. Still exhausted however, he merely nodded before slowly getting changed once he noticed the girl had left. (…) After getting changed Aki took Sachiyo by the shoulder and helped to support his weight, the two of them then left the changing rooms, Sachiyo looking down at the floor embarrassed and somewhat annoyed. Thanks to Sachiyo he ruined Aki’s time in the baths tonight. And although Aki had more than made up for his mistake with the new phone, he was still the one who put him in the water. After thinking about it long and hard, Sachiyo finally managed to force the word “Sorry…” out of him as the two continued their journey. They were just turning a corner in the foyer when… “Ahhh Sachiyo! What happened!?” Sachiyo suddenly heard the voice of Meiko scream. Looking up, Sachiyo then noticed Saya and Meiko running to him, Setsuko casually walking close behind them. Gathering around him the girls then worriedly bombarded him with numerous questions that he couldn’t process or answer at this time. Sachiyo was starting to feel a bit faint again due to them crowding when suddenly Setsuko put her hands on their shoulders and dragged them back, looking at him with her usual blank expression. “Give him room to breathe you two; he’s clearly still in some sort of shock.” She said looking up and down at Sachiyo who was still shaking slightly. Realising this themselves, the girls looked down rather guilty. “Sorry Sachiyo…” the girls responded in unison. “So um… what did happen?” Saya finally asked once some time had past. Noticing that Aki was about to speak, Sachiyo used all his remaining strength to butt in. “I was tripped over in the bath and almost drowned... “ he said, stopping to catch his breath. “Aki here then pulled me out and is bringing me back to our room so that I can rest. Isn’t that right Aki?”Finishing his sentence Sachiyo looked up at Aki, hoping he would understand his desire to keep his fear of water private. Although how secret it would be after tonight he wasn’t sure. Would the boys think he was merely tripped over? Or did they notice the fear on Sachiyo before hand? (…) “Hey let us help! We can help can’t we sis?” Meiko said to her sister who nodded back at her. “Yea, we can go to the baths another time.” Saya replied before the both of them darted to the side of Sachiyo Aki wasn’t supporting and tried to keep him steady, only to put him at an angle due to their shorter height, hurting him in the process. “You two are too short. He’s going to need better support than that…” Setsuko then said pushing aside the flustered twins and putting Sachiyo’s arm around her instead. “T-thanks Setsuko…” Sachiyo said to which she merely nodded in response. Sachiyo then turned to the other girls and thanked them as well, cheering them up, before they all headed upstairs. (…) When they had all finally reached the boys room it was Meiko’s idea to play Old Maid. Although her sister disagreed and said that he needed rest, it was Setsuko who brought up that if they treated Sachiyo normally as if nothing had happened then he would relax far more. All agreeing to this, they sorted out the cards and where surprised by Sachiyo’s skill at the game. At first they thought one of them was letting him win, then they realised his exhausted face acted as its own poker face. Once colour started to return to Sachiyo’s face it felt like any other game with his friends. He even decided to use some of his acting to help him, also using the odd card trick or two he learnt once for a part, thus tricking the girls when necessary to pick the old maid. Forgetting about the ordeal, Sachiyo was actually enjoying himself. With plenty to drink after every victory, he even started to grin again, although his jaw hurt somewhat. "...Too bad you lost in the end, Saya," Aki laughed to which the twins chuckled. "Nothing to about it...” Saya said happily before noticing the time. “Ah, it's late. Come on, we'd better go to sleep! Our room is next door so if something happens, come in!" she smiled and turned to Sachiyo. "If you come in, we might give you a little... Extra service," she said jokingly before hurrying off. Sachiyo barely registered what she said however, he was so exhausted that he kept blanking out and suddenly finding himself somewhere else. It was all he could do but crawl into his futon, take off his outer clothes and fall asleep instantly. That night Sachiyo barely got any sleep. He had developed a cold sweat and he kept having nightmares of trying to run away from great giant waves, only to be swallowed every time. As he was about to awake however, he felt a hand shack his shoulder to which he suddenly awoke. Yawning loudly, he rubbed his eyes, forcing them open as he sat up. “Morning Ak – AHHHHH!” Sachiyo suddenly let out a scream, pushing himself away from the stranger in front of him. “W-who are you?” Sachiyo stuttered staring at the silver haired, blue-grey eyed person in front of him. Heart beating, he had come out of one nightmare to land in another? Or was this real as well? He couldn’t tell. The figure in front of him had the same build as Aki sure, but his face seemed a lot rougher around the edges. Sachiyo quickly threw on his jacket to cover himself as the girls entered. Yoko quickly darting to him, wearing a hotel brand dressing gown. “What’s the matter Sachiyo?” she asked worried, looking at his sweaty face. She then turned around and looked at Aki and gasped in surprise. Sachiyo had just finished zipping up when the figure that looked like Aki knelt next to him. "Greetings. The name's Furukawa Yamato. Nice meeting you, Ritsu Sachiyo. Or, do you prefer, Kujikawa Ryosuke Daichi?" he said with a calm smile on his face to which Sachiyo merely looked at him confused, unable to think what to say or do. He was like this for nearly a minute when Yoko asked curiously “What’s he talking about Sachiyo?”.As the girls starred at them both Sachiyo tried to work out what was going on for himself. Was this a trick? Why was Aki referring to himself as Yamato, the very same person he said he was an ancestor of, or something like that, it was a lot to take in right now… After gathering his thoughts and quickly pitching himself to make sure it wasn’t a dream, Sachiyo pushed some hair out of his eyes and looked at the girls. “J-just give us a minute would you? Please?” he said, looking at them hopefully. When none of them seemed to budge Sachiyo gritted his teeth. “PLEASE!” he repeated, a bit more forcefully to which Yoko recognising this wasn’t one of Sachiyo’s jokes convinced the others to leave. With just Sachiyo and Aki (or was it Yamoto?) left, Sachiyo started to click his tongue, thinking what the hell to even say. “So… your name is Yamato?” he asked causally looking at him. (…) Unsure on what to make of his answer, Sachiyo had another idea. “Ok, I’m going to ask you a bunch of questions that only Aki would know. That way I can determine what the hell is going on and who you are.” Sachiyo said with a straight face before straightening himself up right in his futons covers. “And I want you to answer them! Ok? No offence, but this is all rather a lot to try and take in first thing in the morning...” he continued to say before taking in a deep breath. “Right… what is my dog’s name? What does the term Persona mean to you? And… and, have we ever… err, ah!” he said trying to think how to phase the question. “I know! We played a game called spin the bottle once. What was our dare?” he asked slightly embarrassed by that long forgotten memory. Still, it would be one that only Aki would know. Therefore, if this Yamato didn’t then Sachiyo would have a better understanding on who Aki was at the moment and how to deal with the situation at hand. Or at least he hoped so... *ELSEWHERE…*Meanwhile, unknown to either of them, far off in the nearby forest a figure in black with a biker’s helmet and red scarf around their neck stands. Peering through the high tech binoculars built into their helmet’s screen at the hotel in the distance. Zooming in on the floor Sachiyo and Aki are staying on, they switch to inferred and x-ray vision to reveal the skeletal figures inside. The mysterious figure takes note of the girl’s individual signatures and then the boys. “Target confirmed…” the figure says in a low voice. The ear piece they are wearing vibrates, sending a signal that only the small bones in their ear can pick up on. “Yes, it appears they are awakening to their power… should I proceed with operation false hope?” the figure responds to the voice on the other end. The figure continues to watch from a distance, waiting for their order. Then, after a minute it finally comes through. “Very well, I shall continue to observe only. Patience out…” the figure now identified as Patience says before the line cuts off. Switching off the helmets settings, the figure then proceeds to get on their hidden red Harley motorcycle hidden in the bushes before driving further into the deep wooding abyss. (OoC: The above is just something I thought of and thought would be interesting to add to the mix. Also, I honestly don’t mind you messing around with my characters as you usual get them right. Though I will admit that Saya wouldn’t say the “extra service” line, that would be more something her sister would say. However, I’m more than happy to keep that as canon as people say stupid shit when they are having fun after all. Just a note on the new girls so far… • Saya is smart, abides by the rules and is over protective of her twin sister, but that is only because she cares for her. She understands that she can come across as a stick in the mud sometimes, but she’s just trying to do what’s right for everyone. • Meiko is childish, hyper and immature. She will often say things without thinking and loves to go exploring. She is renowned for getting herself and others into trouble. • Setsuko is a tough nut to crack. She always has a poker face and only ever speaks straight to the point. Despite this being something that can make people upset, she is surprisingly good at reading people’s feeling although she doesn’t convey them herself. She is often content to do what others do, unless she is really bored, then she will set up an elaborate prank so as to kill time, despite not feeling any joy from doing so. Also, I would love for Sachiyo to be at the wedding. But wouldn't that conflict with his trip away? Or did it take part before hand? Apart from that, I look forward to your next post buddy.

(OoC: If you apologize one more time for late replies, I'm hitting your leg-benders. ...What girl had left? Kyosuke is male (and Mika's boyfriend), Daichi is male and Mika was already in the bath with the other girls... The four in the changing room was Akinobu, Sachiyo (who was in a shock), Kyosuke (who was asked to give Akinobu a cellphone) and Daichi (who examined Sachiyo). ARE YOU DRUNK AGAIN? The 'extra service' refers to a massage. She says it in a manner that can mean either a massage or... Something completely else. You'd be surprised how nice a massage is after a major shock! In the story, Sachiyo goes on a trip after the story ends. Also, if you're going FULL canon, Akinobu is blind on his left eye from the story. However, as I'm trying to keep the story and the RP as far away as possible from each other (I just make minor references), he's not blind.
Note: When I use gray to speak, he refers to himself as Yamato. When I use red, he's himself. Also, you forgot to change color at one point for him, so I fixed that for you).
Akinobu looked silently at his best friend as he lied about being tripped and nearly drowning in the bath. While he wasn't completely aware of the circumstances, it was obvious something had happened after the dive bomb. As such, Akinobu merely nodded. "...Yeah, that's right..." he said with a calm expression. Blood was dripping from his fists from the fight. "...Why is there blood on your fists?" Setsuko asked. "I tripped when I was gonna Sachiyo out and busted my knuckles a little," he replied at once. The girls seemed to accept that excuse and asked nothing more about it. Setsuko, much to Akinobu's relief, took Sachiyo's other arm and helped him carry Sachiyo back to their room. Once there, they put him down next to one of the futons and Akinobu said "Thanks" with a calm smile. Setsuko kept her neutral expression but a quick smile showed up but it instantly disappeared again. Akinobu, who assumed he was imagining things, said nothing about it. ---
Sachiyo and the others stared dumbfounded at Akinobu while he introduced himself. As he asked the others to leave, the girls turned to Chihiro who had a 'you really expect me not to know about those things?' face (a.k.a a "you're just kidding me, aren't you?"). "So, your name is Yamato?" he asked. "Mm. That'd be my real name, rather. I haven't been called that name for fourteen years," he laughed. Sachiyo, determined to find out if it was the real Akinobu or not, asked three questions. "What's the name of my dog?" he asked. "Chips. Golden retriever, I believe the race is called*" Yamato replied with a calm expression. "What does the term 'Persona' mean to you?" he continued. "Persona can refer to multiple things. Though I'm assuming you're referring to your Persona, Aisu-Kasai and my persona, Orion, over in Dark Nikawa. If so, it's beings we used to fight Shadows. Shadows, mind you, are Personae that was never fully... Accepted. It could also just be called the darker side of humans that they don't want to show the world," he smiled. "We played a game called 'spin the bottle' once! What was our dare?" he said, probably hoping he had forgotten. "We played it multiple times. In our case, we used one of my chocolate cigarettes - by the way, want one? - and played a punishment game using it. We ended up kissing and you ended up looking... Hyper. You want me to tell Yoko about that, by the way?" he chuckled at the memory as he held out a chocolate cigarette towards Sachiyo. (...)
Yamato chewed away at one of his own ones as they entered the girls room. Chihiro was currently the center of attention and looked... Annoyed, put mildly. "...Like I said, it happened as a child so I didn't think it was something major!" she said irritated. "Chi-chan, I'd wish to know, too, what you know," he said gently and knelt down next to her. "...Fine," she let out a sigh and mumbled something in English, only loud enough for Yamato to hear. He nodded in agreement and sat down. She carefully sat down in his knee and blushed lightly. "...As some of you know, I'm adopted by the Furukawa family. My real parents got murdered when I was but a child. One day, I couldn't sleep. It was a heavy storm outside and as such, I headed to Akinobu-nii's room," she began. "...Akinobu-nii? Did we miss something?" Setsuko's voice said. The girls had entered the room as Chihiro had begun explaining things, without saying anything. "When we were children, Chi-chan kept referring to me as 'onii-chan' as I'm a year older than her. These days, she... Rarely does so. A bit of a pity, I'll confess," he laughed. Chihiro blushed lightly and continued the story instead. "I crawled down into his bed but noticed his hair being silver. I was confused but thought it was just due to the lightning outside and thought little more of it. The next morning, he woke up with a horrible cold. By the way, don't ask me how, but I wasn't sick," she explained. "...By then, he had reverted back to his regular self. As in, his Akinobu self. I... Was confused but thought I had imagined things; that it was just a dream. Some time later, I went to his room to sleep again. Once more, he was his Yamato self. This time, he ended up breaking his arm at school the next day," she said. Yamato recalled that memory. "That was... Painful, I recall," he shook his head bitterly. Ignoring him, Chihiro continued. "I came up with a theory... Whenever he's in danger - be it that he'll turn sick or something else - he'll end up as his Yamato self... Five more times confirmed my theory. Whenever I slept with him and he turned into his Yamato self, he'd end up sick or hurt the next day. I thought... Maybe it's his way of subconsciously warning him of danger, but I was too afraid to say anything, so I kept silent," she finished the story. Yamato smiled lightly and kissed her cheek and looked at the others. "...Due to this, I'm worried that Akinobu-nii might end up in a dangerous situation today as well..." she said worried. "Whether it's the truth or not, watch out girls! This school suddenly got a bishounen* duo!" he laughed and stood up. "Come on, I'm hungry. Time for breakfast!" he said and began walking towards the door. "Wait," Chihiro said and looked at Sachiyo. "I don't mind if the rest of you go but I wish to speak to him in private," she said and looked at Sachiyo. Yamato and the others looked at each other, then nodded. "You're dead, lemme tell you," Yamato mumbled to Sachiyo as they exited the room. (...) Once everyone else had left, she pulled out her katana and held it against his neck. "I have three questions for you. Answer even one of them in a way I don't like and I'll cut you open on the spot," she said with a cold stare. "First, what is your relationship to Akinobu-dono? Are you befriending him out of pity, because he has no other friends? Or are you befriending him to get your hands on the Furukawa riches? Answer!" the sword was dangerously close to his neck. "Second! What's your take on people with some form of problem, such as Autism? Akinobu-dono has Asperger's Syndrome and if you have a problem with that, I will not hesitate to cut you down on the spot," she said coldly. She recalled the day perfectly she had been told he had that; she had no clue what it meant but Yamato had shown a '...should I care about those things?' expression, basically saying he either didn't understand or just simply didn't care about it. "Third and final, what happened last night? You looked like a drowned cat," she said, this time removing the katana. This one was probably more because she was curious. (...) "...Your face tells me that the third question is personal and thus I'll let that one slide. However, I won't let you get away with not answering the other two!" she said and held out the katana towards his neck again. (...) Meanwhile, Yamato sat together with the girls and began eating breakfast. A lot of people stared at him, muttering who he could be and what he was doing there. "Let them stare. Takes too long to bother about them," he shrugged as an answer to Kagome's 'shouldn't we do something?' face.
(OoC: COUPLE OF NOTES TIME! *: That's just me having complete and utter brainloose due to just waking up! Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong! *: Bishounen = literally beautiful (young) male. Akinobu has Asperger's Syndrome? YOU DAMN RIGHT HE DOES. I made several (generally fairly obvious) references to this. A few obvious examples:
HE SUCKS AT COMPUTERS: He cannot, for the sake of his life, figure one out. While he can use one if it's booted up, he cannot figure out how to start it up or shut it down. As such, he's a bit of a 'old-timer' person. HE REFUSES TO SHOW EMOTIONS: He's smiling? Run. He's crying? ...Shit. He's bored looking? Hey, he's himself!
HE'S AN EXPERT AT HISTORY, COOKING AND MELEE WEAPONS: People with Asperger's usually have 1-3 things they're good at and the same amount they're bad at. In Akinobu's case, he can recite history dating back to basically to Pangaea and if you hand him a melee weapon, he'll have little to no trouble figuring out who forged it and when. The cooking part is most likely from his mother's side, but it's not really confirmed in either case.
HE ABSOLUTELY HATES INTERACTING WITH HUMANS: With the exception of his direct family (Junpei, Charlotte, Akane) and the cousins he knows of (6 in total, including Daichi) he hates having to deal with people. The only exceptions being Sachiyo, Yoko, Rise, Chouko (incl. family), Mitsune (who he grew up with) and Chihiro (who he grew up with). Ironic giving he fights all the time, isn't it?
And no. This isn't something I made up on the spot. All my characters has traits from me. Akinobu got my typical Asperger's traits (refuses to show emotions, hates dealing with people). The more you know! Also, the 'dangerous situation' is NOT related to the person you introduced. This was something I had planned from the get-go!
Sorry about the short post. Again. I haven't eaten breakfast yet. As for how Sachiyo reacts to Chihiro's questions, that'll be interesting to see. Also, like she says, feel free to ignore the third one (note: it's considered canon if you DO skip it).
Also, the Furukawa's are... Extremely rich. When she asks Sachiyo about if he's interested in the Furukawa riches, she's worried that he's just after money and befriended him for that reason. How rich are they, I hear you ask. ...Let's just say, if they bought up all of Nikawa, destroyed it all and built it back up again - with all highest possible (and most expensive) technology available, it'd not even make a dent in their riches.)

(OoC: OH! I really sorry dude, for some reason I misread Kyosuke for one of the girls. I have no idea how I came to that conclusion either considering I wrote down his name and all. My bad! Also, your posts are always a good length so don't worry about them! "We played it multiple times. In our case, we used one of my chocolate cigarettes - by the way, want one? - and played a punishment game using it. We ended up kissing and you ended up looking... Hyper. You want me to tell Yoko about that, by the way?" Yamato chuckled at the memory as he held out a chocolate cigarette towards Sachiyo who looked at him flustered. “I don’t want one! And don’t go telling Yoko that! The last thing I need is for her, or ANYONE to have that information to use against me. Not that it was bad or anything, but it was a one off… ok!?” he replied defensively, still embarrassed by the whole event. Still, it was his fault for raising it in the first place as one of Aki’s/Yamato’s questions, but he had to be sure. (…) "I don't mind if the rest of you go but I wish to speak to him in private," Chihiro said and looked at Sachiyo who was about to leave for breakfast, his foot halfway out of the door. Confused, he turned to face Yamato who merely said "You're dead, lemme tell you," before leaving. Rather confused by what he said, Sachiyo turned back and walked towards Chihiro. Smiling, he was about to ask what she wanted when she suddenly pulled out her katana and held it against his neck! "I have three questions for you. Answer even one of them in a way I don't like and I'll cut you open on the spot," she said with a cold stare to which Sachiyo merely starred at her like a rabbit caught in a cars lights before rapidly nodding his head. "First, what is your relationship to Akinobu-dono? Are you befriending him out of pity, because he has no other friends? Or are you befriending him to get your hands on the Furukawa riches? Answer!" the sword was dangerously close to his neck, making it almost impossible for him to even breathe, let alone answer her! "Second! What's your take on people with some form of problem, such as Autism? Akinobu-dono has Asperger's Syndrome and if you have a problem with that, I will not hesitate to cut you down on the spot," she said coldly to which Sachiyo just blinked at her, he tried to respond back, but the blade stopped him from moving. HECK! He never knew he had Asperger’s Syndrome, let alone any riches! "Third and final, what happened last night? You looked like a drowned cat," she said, this time removing the katana, finally allowing Sachiyo to breathe at last as he clutched his throat. “I…” Sachiyo coughed, unable to get his words out. He still felt embarrassed over the whole incident, and the last thing he wanted was people knowing his fears. He knew it would be easier to just let others know, but he just couldn’t stomach the thought of being mocked for something so trivial in the eyes of others, though he knew that this was a stupid thing to think. Therefore, clearing his thought he decided to tell half the truth, considering she was still armed. “When we were in the bath… another student dived in and took me out from under my feet. I hit my head under the water and… ended up fainting.” He said biting his lip, looking at the ground anxiously as the memory flooded back to him like the water that suffocated him. “If it weren’t for Aki I would still be at the bottom of that tub.” He finished, sighing deeply. It would be clear to anyone that something was on his mind; he knew he wouldn’t be able to hide that even if he were using his acting. "...Your face tells me that the third question is personal and thus I'll let that one slide. However, I won't let you get away with not answering the other two!" she said and held out the katana towards his neck again. “Wait, I!” Sachiyo stuttered, only the girl’s blade was now pushing up to his juggler. It was all he could do but close his eyes and try and control his breathing. Trembling, a sudden wave of emotion suddenly swept through him as he tried to decide what to say. After all, nearly every time he had ever spoken to Chihiro she had always put a blade to him. Therefore, he knew he needed to convince her some other way. Perhaps through actions instead? Opening his eyes, he slowly raised his right hand and gently wrapped his fingers around the blade, holding it tight. He was so calm about it, so sure, that both him and Chihiro where confused by his action. In response, she instinctively tried to move the blade, but Sachiyo held it in place, drawing blood as he did so. Gritting his teeth and holding in the searing hot pain running down his arm, he then stepped forward, his face now right in front of hers, staring her dead in the eyes. His breathing was heavy at first, his eyes holding back the pain filled tears. Then, with just a few blinks he cleared them, replacing them with a combination of kindness and determination that one would perhaps see in a general’s when looking after a wounded comrade. After a five second pause he finally spoke, forcing a reassuring smile. “Chihiro…” he said calm and precisely. “I assure you… my friendship with Akinobu is real. I know nothing about any Furukawa riches, nor do I care for them. As for Aki’s Asperger's Syndrome, I never knew he had that. I mean… he’s not the easiest guy to get on with, but he’s my friend. My BEST friend!” he said gripping the sword more tighter than before, putting all his remaining strength into holding the blade in place. “And if you can’t see that… if you can’t see that my friendship with him means more than riches, more than labelled definitions... Then you know nothing.” He held his stare for another five seconds before suddenly realising that he felt numbness in his hand. Turning away from Chihiro, he finally let go of the blade and could see the deeply cut palm and fingers of his hand. It was a miracle that his fingers or hand hadn’t been cut off! Yet, a river of blood now ran down his jacket’s sleeve and dripped on the floor, one drop at a time. This image then gave him an idea. “This wound signifies are bound… are friendship.” he said clutching his hand tighter, making it two, then three drops. “And as long as our blood flows, it will stay that way, forever...” he finishes, putting his arm down before falling on his knees. “Does that answer all your questions?” Grinning his usual grin, he closed his eyes and took some shallow breathes. It seemed that even being full of adrenaline wouldn’t stop his mind from instinctively panicking from the sight of blood. Meanwhile, Yamato sat together with the girls and began eating breakfast. A lot of people stared at him, muttering who he could be and what he was doing there. "Let them stare. Takes too long to bother about them," he shrugged before Yoko could say anything. Deciding to leave it, she returned to eating her large platter of cooked meats and buttered bread. No way was she going to let free food go to waste! Especially since she knew she would have to return home to her boring everyday cereal in just a couple of days’ time. “You must be Yoko then?” said Saya as she, Meiko and Setsuko joined them. Yoko gave them a quick look over before replying. “That’s right; you were the girl who asked me to look after your camera equipment on the roof.” Yoko replied before taking a big bite of her egg on toast. Saya took a spoonful of her cereal before pointing it to the other girls. “Saya’s the name, that’s my sister Meiko and that there is Setsuko.”Smiling, she tilted her head. “So, did Sachiyo and you make up in the end? Just he seemed pretty upset yesterday.” She asked concerned, somewhat curious as to what the fuss was about to which the other girls raised an eyebrow. “Err… We did thanks.” Yoko said causally so as to not tell Saya all of what happened “Though we also got stuck on the roof for a couple of hours.” Yoko finished with a sigh to which Saya suddenly stopped eating. “Ah! Sorry about that… I probably should have told you that that door was a little… sensitive. My bad!” Saya apologised, quickly realising that from the sounds of things she could have helped the two avoid being trapped on the roof. “It’s ok, no harm done, honest.” Yoko shrugged, slightly blushing from the memory before putting it aside as she delved back into her platter. After taking in Yoko’s reaction and noting it in her mind, Setsuko then turned her attention back to Aki’s new appearance, trying to work out exactly how it worked. As she did so Meiko finished her toast and jam before excitedly looking at the others around the table, not bothering to take in the conversations around her. “So! Who here actually knows what the hell is going on today? Just I don’t even know why we came here! Was it just so we could eat for free and spend as much time as we like in the baths? Just I wouldn’t mind doing that!” she said excitedly, looking around the table for a response and somewhat hoping she would be told she was right.

(OoC: ...You didn't change his color again. It's gray. You can just use red even when he's Yamato, if you find it easier. I don't care either way. I'm just using two different colors so I can keep track myself when he's either form (for a variety of non-important reasons). Also, olive means he's speaking in English, just a friendly reminder.)
"...You're an idiot," Chihiro said bored and looked at his bleeding hand. "I'll grab you some bandages," she walked over to her stuff and picked up a bunch of items, including bandage and about nine or ten different kinds of medicines. "...What? I need those medicines in case something happens to Akinobu-dono," she said and walked back to him and wrapped up his hand as an answer to his puzzled face. "...Come on, I'm hungry. ...And next time you try to grab my sword like that, I'm cutting your God damn neck off," she pouted lightly at the sword being covered in blood and hurried to wipe it off. "...Still. I'm glad," she smiled and kissed his cheek. "Akinobu-dono keeps saying that you're a lovable son of a bitch and I think I now understand why he's so worried about you. You're the only idiot capable of dealing with him without being capable of using martial arts," she laughed cutely as they headed down into the cafeteria. Yamato was eating some rice when he noticed them and waved for them to sit down near him. Chihiro ended up on the opposite end of the table and Sachiyo on his right. "Took you long enough," he laughed. Chihiro smiled gently and nodded as he noticed Sachiyo's hand. "Dude... You're bleeding? Don't you faint from... Basically EVERYTHING?" Yamato laughed and patted his friend's back. (...) "Now come on, Mika-sama wants to meet you after breakfast," he smiled at Sachiyo. "Mika-chan wants to meet with him?" Chihiro said, clearly surprised. "Yeah. Something about our family lineage, I have no doubt about. I believe she also thinks that Daichi is reincarnated," he replied. Chihiro nodded slowly as the rest of their class looked dumbfounded at him, not having understood a single word he just said. "Yamato-sama," Mitsune said and looked at him. He raised his eyebrow and looked at her. "What's up?" he asked. "Do you know where we're going today?" she asked and gestured towards Meiko, referring to her question. "Um... Let's see..." he took out a small paper from his pocket and looked at it. "Day one, we arrive. You're free to do some stuff that you feel like. Day two... Apparently, the teachers thought it was a brilliant idea to have us visit so called 'cultural landmarks'... A.k.a popular tourist attractions. Personally, I'm hanging out in Mika-sama's house all day," he said and put it back in his pocket. As he did, a sharp look came across his face, as if he was horribly wounded. "...W-What the... W-What's going on...?" he said with sweat running down his face. He grabbed his stomach and breathed heavily. "Hurts... Can't... Move... My body... It won't listen... What's....?" the last thing he knew before passing out was everyone standing up around him. "Sa...ch...iyo... Ka...go...me... Emi...chan..." his voice slowly faded out and everything turned dark around him. (...) "...Where am I...?" he sat up in a warm bed. He didn't recognize the room but it looked like... A hospital? "What's going on...?" he mumbled and looked around. There was no other people in the room and he was dressed in a simple one-piece suit. "...I haven't worn one of these for a while..." he laughed gently. "...Hm?" he noticed his cellphone lying on a small desk next to his bed. He picked it up and noticed it was currently 11 PM. "I've been out cold all day?!" he said in a combination of shock and surprise. He fell back towards his pillow and let out an annoyed sigh. "Damn it... What the hell happened... Gah!" he grabbed his stomach and gritted his teeth. He opened the shirt and noticed having a few stitches near the bottom of his stomach. "...I underwent surgery? What for?" he muttered to himself and checked his texts instead. All of them were from Sachiyo, Yoko, Chihiro, Mitsune, Setsuko, Meiko, Mika, Daichi, Kyosuke and Saya. "How'd those three get... Ah right. Smiling bastard," he let out another sigh and fell back on his pillows again. "...Some trip this ended up being," he shook his head bitterly.
Meanwhile, back at the hotel, Mitsune sat and sobbed in a corner. Whenever someone had tried cheering her up, she had asked to be left alone. It was clear she was in no state to speak. Chihiro had disappeared off somewhere with tears forming in her eyes. Mika, Daichi and Kyosuke had all showed up at the hotel in order to try and cheer the others up but to no avail - none of them were sure what had happened, either. "It's my fault... It's my fault that Aksan's hurt again..." Mitsune kept mumbling to herself. "...Sachiyo-san, yes? Might you have any idea what could have happened? You were next to him when he fainted, yes?" Daichi said and looked at Sachiyo. It was clear Sachiyo was in no mood for answering the same question all over again - as his face looked grim - so Daichi merely nodded. "...My apologies," he said and looked at Mika, who was reading a large book as Kyosuke was playing something with Setsuko - who knows how Mika approved of that. "...It's as a good way as any to get your mind off things, I suppose," Saya said quietly. None of them seemed to know what to say - or do. With Chihiro going somewhere and Akinobu in the hospital, one could only imagine what was going to happen next...
*NEXT DAY - ROOM 412 - AKINOBU'S HOSPITAL ROOM*
"...Appendicitis? Are you saying my appendix burst?!" he said surprised and looked at the nurse. "No, not quite. It burst right after we successfully removed it. It was... Gross, to say the least. Anyway, you can't have any visitors for at least a few more---" she began but Akinobu grabbed her collar. "Woman, I'm fine. I assure you. Allow the following people inside," he said and grabbed a pen and paper and wrote down their names. "...They might come with three other girls - a pair of twins and a girl about as tall as me. Allow those three in as well," he said and looked at her. "But... Hospital policy says..." she began but Akinobu held up his hand. "I assure you, allowing those inside is fine. They'll probably storm inside either way, even if they're told not to..." he said and turned away and looked out through the window instead. The nurse merely nodded and walked away. A few moments later, he heard footsteps running in the corridor. "...Told you. Not letting them inside wouldn't have stopped them," he said bored as the door flew open and Mitsune's arms was around his neck. Before he had the chance to say anything, Chihiro and jumped at him as well and hugged him, both of them having tears running down their faces. "...Come on you two, I'm fine... For now, that is," he laughed and turned to Sachiyo. "...I'm back to my Akinobu self, aren't I?" he said and looked at Sachiyo, who merely nodded. "...Guess your theory was right, Chi-chan," he said and stroked her hair. "...Can you call me..." she muttered something to him which had him smile calmly. "Please... Just this once," she said quietly. "...I got it, Emi-chan," he smiled.
(OoC: Appendicitis is lethal if not taken care of. Basically, your appendix goes 'NO U' and is on the verge of bursting. It's... Extremely painful. While my appendix remains (though I've gone to the hospital TWICE about it), IT FEELS LIKE HELL IF IT STARTS HURTING. If you get it, contact a doctor about it ASAP. My old man told me that when his appendix burst, they had only opened his stomach and it burst right in front of their eyes. Fairly gross, no? Emi = Chihiro. As a child, Chihiro was initially called 'Chi' (meaning 'Earth') as she was covered in earth and dirt upon finding her. She took the name 'Chihiro' from The Elemental Knight's girlfriend as it was her favorite character. 'Emi' is something Akinobu called her as a child, as she was always a fan of a (fictional) TV-actress called Yamato Emi and as such, he called that her initially to tease her (as they were nothing alike) but it later stuck and she now likes that name. Yamato can be used both as a first name and as a last name. I haven't eaten breakfast yet and I still managed to post something. Go figure. Let's see if I'll get a third time in a row, no? Also, if you want to post about what they do during the day (...other than being worried sick about Akinobu), go for it. That's what I'm planning to do with the first half of my next post... Assuming I remember.)

Sachiyo startled by Chihiro’s sudden kiss blushed as he rubbed his ruby red cheek. Walking down to the cafeteria he could see the others already happily eating when Yamato waved him and Chihiro over. Taking his hand away from his cheek, he sat down next to him and grabbed a piece of Meiko’s toast which she hadn’t eaten yet. "Took you long enough," Yamato laughed before noticing Sachiyo’s bandaged hand. "Dude... You're bleeding? Don't you faint from... Basically EVERYTHING?" Yamato laughed and patted his Sachiyo 's back to which he smiled. “Sorry to disappoint you, but when most people have a sword to their neck and they are faced with the possibility of death, most chances are they DON’T freak out over a bit of blood. Besides, I was and still am running on pure adrenaline at the moment. The minute it goes… well, I will fall unconscious.” He replied back, trying to keep things light as he felt his heartbeat rapidly. Sachiyo then tucked into his piece of taking, taking small bites until he heard Yamato say "Now come on, Mika-sama wants to meet you after breakfast," “Your cousin right? What for?” Sachiyo replied puzzled to which Yamato replied in English to Sachiyo’s surprise, despite hearing him say a couple of words before. … Returning to his breakfast, it was only a moment later when Sachiyo suddenly noticed Yamato’s sudden pain stricken face. "Sa...ch...iyo... Ka...go...me... Emi...chan..." he managed to mutter before his voice slowly faded and he collapsed on the floor. “Aki!” Sachiyo yelled terrified, before anyone else could react as he raced to his side. Yamato was on the floor unconscious, dripping in sweat and clearly under a lot of pain. “Aki! Are you ok? Speak to me man!” Sachiyo shouted as he looked for a wound on him, only to find nothing. “What’s going on Sachiyo!?” Meiko cried out, her face completely terrified by the events happening. “I… I don’t know!” Sachiyo called back, terrified by the events as well. Quickly looking around Sachiyo could see the others with the same expressions. But no damn teacher in sight! By now Chihiro had already darted to Yamato’s other side and started to form tears under her eyes, crying his name out as Sachiyo desperately tried to think what to do. Should we move him? Would it be safe to? The only first aid Sachiyo knew was to check the throat for obstruction, as that was a common cause of death when people looked for wounds and not the victim’s actual ability to breath. Making sure to open his mouth quickly and check inside, he found it empty, at least that wasn’t what was causing things. Panicking, Sachiyo was about to try and lift him when he felt a pair of hands push him aside. “Out of the way! Let me through!” Setsuko yelled as she took his place and with her usual expression quickly examined Yamato’s body before lifting up his shirt. “What are you?” Sachiyo asked confused. “I’m trying to save your friends life! So be quiet and let me concentrate!” she hissed back, her face fixated on Yamato. “Saya! Call a ambulance!” she yelled to the startled girl who nodded nervously before taking out her phone. Sachiyo could feel Yoko’s hands grasp his shoulder tightly as Setsuko pressed a hand against Yamato’s stomach before moving it down to his lower-right abdomen. Sachiyo quickly noticing a spark of confusing and anger on Chihiro’s face made sure to catch her gaze, giving her a nod as a sign to let Setsuko do her thing. Almost immediately after Sachiyo had done this however Setsuko looked up at Chihiro. “He’s suffering from a bad case of Appendicitis. I’d recommend moving him now. If we don’t his appendix will burst and he could die.” She said with a straight face before standing up. Chihiro gave her a nod of approval before Setsuko started ordering the other students to clean a table and put Yamato on it. At first the boys looked too scared to even approach him, but when Setsuko quickly made sure to point out his violent tendencies and that his friends must be the same the boys immediately changed their minds and started to do so. Sachiyo in the meantime had now kneeled down and was scooping Yamato off the floor, using his adrenaline that had built up even more by now to keep him supported in his arms. Sachiyo couldn’t believe what he was doing, he could hardly carry his luggage, let alone a fully grown man usually. “Come on buddy! Don’t die on me now!” Sachiyo yelled at his unconscious friend as he placed him on the approaching table. (…) A few moments later the ambulance arrived and placed Yamato on an actual stretcher before taking him away. At this point Chihiro and Mitsune had re-entered the hotel as a worried looking Meiko, Saya and Yoko approached an even more concerned Sachiyo. “Hey, you ok?” he heard Saya from behind him to which he didn’t respond. It was only until the ambulance had left his field of vision that he turned to face the two, rubbing his weary eyes with his non bad hand. “Yea, just peachy…” he sighed back angrily before taking in a deep breath to calm himself done. “Sorry, it’s just… I wish I could do more to help you know…” he replied back with a clearer head. “Hey, its ok, we know you’re worried. We all are…” Yoko said with a weak smile, patting him lightly on the shoulder to which he smiled back. “Come of Sachiyo! He looks like a big tough guy! I’m sure he’ll pull through this!” Meiko then chipped in with some colour returning to her usual positive looking face. Sachiyo nodding his head in response, he was about to suggest going back inside when… “There is a chance he may not.” came Setsuko’s voice from behind them. “Setsuko! Now is NOT the time for…” Saya began, but was stopped by Setsuko interrupting her. “But it is Saya. A burst appendix is very dangerous if not treated correctly and can kill anyone no matter their body or soul, if you believe such a thing...” she responded with no change in her regular tone. “So what? We are just meant to give up!?” Meiko yelled back angrily to which Setsuko merely glanced back her with her usual blank expression. “No. I’m merely pointing out the facts. You don’t want to be lied to after all, and at least this way you’re somewhat prepared…” she said turning to leave when Sachiyo stepped forward. “Hey! Just hold on one minute!” he yelled causing the girl to face him curiously. “There’s a difference between telling someone the truth and trying to make them feel better. How about some tact hey? We’re all worried sick so the last thing we want to hear is that he may not make it! Just know that ok?” Sachiyo continued to say defensively, the other girls behind him also looking angered by Setsuko’s statement. Setsuko then looked back at them. For a split second Sachiyo thought he saw a hint of regret flash across her face, it was as if behind her cold exterior she had registered why they were concerned and suddenly felt bad for saying what she did. “Sorry...” she said a few seconds later in her usual voice. “Perhaps you could send him a text? Make yourself feel better that way? Yes hospitals don’t usually allow mobile phones to be switched on. But it would at least put your mind at ease.” She continued to say to which Sachiyo slowly nodded. “Yea, that sounds like a good idea…” he responded, realising that he wasn’t the onlt one concerned for Yamato. Pulling out his phone, he gave them all Yamato’s number, Setsuko feeling as if she should wish him luck as well as an apology. Afterwards, Sachiyo indicated back to the hotel. “In the meantime, I would say it’s a good idea to wait here. That way the hospital can ring us on any new developments.” Sachiyo suggested to which the girls agreed was the best plan. When Sachiyo finally entered the hotel he was the only one of them to notice Mistune crying in a corner. Concerned, he went up to her. “Hey, it’s going to be ok Mistune.” He said in the most sensitive and caring voice he could muster giving the situation. “Just leave me alone…” she sobbed, not even looking at him to which Sachiyo pulled out some tissue from his pocket and placed it by her side. “Hey, I’m worried about him to. But I can understand why you want to be left alone. If you change your mind and need someone to talk to then come to me or one of the girls, ok? We are all here for you after all…” he smiled despite feeling grim himself, before leaving her in peace. Entering the cafeteria he could see everyone was looking grim, so much for going out today… Sighing, Sachiyo looked at the ground and headed towards one of the tables, not hearing Daichi’s question as he walked past him and sat down glumly. Without saying a word Yoko then appeared besides him and placed a hand on his shoulder. Looking up he gave a weak nod before looking back down at the table as Yoko gently rubbed his non injured hand. After half an hour Meiko came over to check on them to which Yoko explained that Sachiyo was still clearly worried about his best friend, he hadn’t said anything to Yoko, but she knew him well enough to know what he was thinking. Not liking all the doom and gloom Meiko suggested that they go out and get some air, explore the place whilst they still could. Despite feeling miserable Sachiyo agreed to this purely because he could tell Meiko’s desire to explore the world was itching at her by the way her feet tapped the floor rapidly. And since her sister was busy comforting others she didn’t want to leave on her own as evident by her constant looking back at Saya. Thus, the three of them made a slow journey through the nearby tourist attractions that included a number of alters and sacred sites. Yoko stuck close to Sachiyo as he trudged along, often being dragged by Meiko, her excitement the same as a puppy out in the open for the first time. Funny enough though, despite Sachiyo not wanting to go out, he found Meiko’s enthusiasm and joy to be just what he needed to see. In fact, it was almost her way of making them feel better by keeping their minds occupied, thus by the time they were halfway done he was back to smiling like his usual self. Sure he was concerned about his friend in the hospital, but at least he wasn’t siting around feeling sorry for himself. It was dark when they finally got back. Despite the cheerful walk however, that night Sachiyo and the girls got hardly any sleep in their room. It was clear that all of them were worried and as a result didn’t want to sleep. Deciding to take a page out of Meiko’s book however, Sachiyo put on a cheerful persona and made some hot chocolate for everyone, trying to raise their spirits as much as possible. “Here, a hot drink always makes me feel better. I know it’s not much, but it will help…” he said with a smile. He knew it would take more than a hot drink to ease things, but the girls seemed to appreciate it non the less. *NEXT DAY – AT THE HOSPITAL*The next day everyone got up and prepared to go to the hospital, it was clear no one wanted to wait for a phone call that was taking forever. Taking a taxi and all cramming into it, they arrived within minutes and stampeded inside. After all barraging some poor trainee doctor with questions of Akinobu’s health and location he checked his notes and noticed the one written by Akinobu. Still shacking somewhat, he pointed them to his room and before he could finish his sentence the lot of them where already down the hallway. Mitsune reached his door first and burst through it, throwing her arms around the ill looking Akinobu, Chihiro soon following afterwards doing the same as the rest of them filtered in. After Akinobu had done talking to the girls Sachiyo took a seat and sat down next to Akinobu’s bed. “You scared us big guy, you ok?” he slowly muttered, finding it hard to think what to say. (…) “Sorry, a dumb question I know…” he sighed, smiling weakly as he was glad Aki was ok. “So um… got a cool scar now?” Meiko asked curiously, trying to see for herself to which her sister hit her over the head. “Hey! What was that for!? It was just a question!”“Yea! One you should keep to yourself!” Saya yelled back angrily to which Meiko merely looked away from her, still hoping for a reply from Akinobu. (…) Setsuko then stepped forward, looking down at Akinobu with her usual expression. “You’re lucky it wasn’t fatal you know…” she said simply before looking around the room. “If you like, I can get you a better room. My dad owns shares in most of the Hospitals near Nikawa, thus they would do well to keep him and his daughter happy.” Hearing this Sachiyo raised an eyebrow. “So… your dad owns shares in the hospitals hey Setsuko?” Sachiyo said curiously as he leaned on his chair. “Is that why you knew how to take care of Aki yesterday?” “That’s right, I one day plan to become a doctor myself, therefore I felt it only made sense to know the basics. Though you did well yourself to check his wind pipe for obstruction, many don’t do that after all.” She responded with a simple nod. (…) “So err, Akinobu… how long do they say you will be stuck in here for?” Yoko then asked, since no one else had thought to do so. (…) Looking around Sachiyo could tell everyone was exhausted. He wished he could do something to cheer them up, then, it hit him. “Hey Akinobu, when you feel up for it. How about we all have a big party up on the old hill near the hotel? Me, Yoko and Meiko found the perfect spot today! It overlooks most of the surrounding area and even has some stone benches already up there. What do you guys think? We could make a picnic, set up some fireworks and in general have a welcome back party for Aki here! What do you guys say?” he said with his signature grin spreading across his face and a hint of excitement in his voice. Meiko and Yoko immediately agreed to this idea and turned to the others excited as well. Saya waited for the others reaction whilst Setsuko merely nodded slowly. (OoC: BTW, I may have mixed up the name Yamato / Aki at some point. If I did then I'm sorry, just it was a little complicated to follow e.g. what to refer to him as during his Yamato phase. )

(OoC: Refer to him as you will. Like with the colors (which you forgot... Once or twice; I'll edit that personally later on, should I be bothered to) I just refer to him as Yamato when he's in his Yamato "phase" (as you put it) and Akinobu at any other time. Later on, you'll be even MORE confused. I recommend you refer to him as Akinobu/Aki if you find it easier. It makes no difference for me. For the first half of this post, Chihiro is my playable character, thus her text is red. Pointing this out in advance. Also, violent tendencies? Good sir, you insult me! And the Furukawa lineage! He's not violent; he just enjoys a good fight! ) Chihiro was lost in thought. She wandered the streets, clutching her cellphone in her pocket. " Akinobu-nii..." she mumbled to herself. A busted appendix? Really?! He was infamous for being... Immortal. Basically. " There's no way I'm letting Akinobu-nii die from something as simple as a busted appendix!" she said out loud with tears rolling down her eyes. A few people who walked past her looked confused at her but figuring - given her katana - it was probably a stupid idea to try to speak to her. " Akinobu-nii..." she began sobbing as she sat down at an empty park bench. All around her, people walked with seemingly not a single care in the world. " Akinobu-nii..." she mumbled to herself. " I was an idiot... I shouldn't have... I shouldn't have told him about his past... Maybe if I hadn't, then he wouldn't..." she mumbled to herself and tried standing up on wobbly legs. " Hey, you alright?" a girl - around her age - approached her carefully. " ...Sorry. It's just... My big brother is in the hospital as his appendix might burst at any time..." she said and carefully wiped her tears. " Oh, I'm... Sorry to hear that... Ah, I know! Come on!" she grabbed Chihiro's arm with a smile. " By the way, I'm Hanamura Chitoge! Nice meeting you! Um..." she stopped in the middle of a step and looked at Chihiro. " ...Furukawa Chihiro. Nice to meet you, Hanamura-chan," she smiled. " Haha, don't be like that! Just call me Chitoge, Chihiro-chan!" she smiled. Chihiro smiled weakly and nodded. Chitoge smiled happily at her as they hurried back to a rather large bakery. " ...This is...?" she asked carefully. " It's my home! Come on inside! Okaa-san and otou-san should be done with the morning deliveries!" she smiled. " Right um... P-Pardon the intrusion*..." she said carefully and took off her shoes. She carefully looked around and felt a feeling family love, one similar to how she felt back in Nikawa. " ...Um... By the way, Chitoge-chan?" she said carefully. " Hm? What's up?" she smiled. " ...How'd you know I was a girl? I mean, I don't exactly LOOK like one, so..." she said nervously and gestured towards her tuxedo. " You look like one. Isn't that obvious?" she said gently and tilted her head. " ...The same reason as Akinobu-nii..." she mumbled quietly to herself. Not until now had she actually payed much attention to how Chitoge looked. She was dressed in a pink tank-top and a short blue skirt. She had shoulder long blond hair (was she a foreigner?*), about C cups and blue-green eyes. " By the way, how old are you? I'm 18!" she smiled. " ...I turned 18 not three weeks ago," she smiled weakly. Chitoge smiled happily and nodded as they walked into the kitchen. Her mother - a woman in her mid 30s with long black hair (she couldn't see her face as she was facing the sink) dressed in (she assumed) an apron and a simple black dress. Her father, sitting at the table, was in his 30s, had blond hair (was he the foreigner?) and brown eyes. He was dressed in a white shirt and blue jeans. " Oh, there you are, Chitoge! ...Hm? Who's your friend?" her father smiled. " This is Chihiro-chan! I saw her crying as her big brother is in the hospital about his... Appendix, I think? so I decided to invite her over," she smiled. " Haha, nice to meet you, Chihiro-san. I'm Leon, nice meeting you. Before you ask, I come from the UK, thus my name," he laughed. Her mother had by this point turned around. She had blue-green eyes and about C cups as well. " It's a pleasure to meet you, Chihiro-chan. My name is Tomoe. However, don't think I'll be able to get cut into pieces and come back to life, even through the carpet*" she laughed gently. " P-Pleased to meet you... My name is Furukawa Chihiro. I'm in your care," she said gently and bowed. " Oh? Are you a cousin of the Furukawa's here in Nagoya, then?" Leon asked, clearly surprised. " Ah, no... See, as a child, I lost my parents so the Furukawa family of Nikawa took me in and raised me as their own. I had no real last name so I was granted the last name of Furukawa," she explained. " However, I don't write it as 古川 but rather as 古河, so it'd be more accurate to say that Koga is my last name," she continued and wrote it down on a piece of paper. " Haha, I see," she smiled. As she said that, someone started hitting on the door. " Again?!" Chitoge said irritated as Leon stood up. " Um... Did something happen?" Chihiro asked, clearly confused. " ...I'm afraid there's a bunch of loan sharks in the area. They keep trying to make people take loans they can't pay back just to kill the family and take their things afterwards," Tomoe explained bitterly. " In that case, allow me to deal with it," she smiled and walked over to the door. There was four people outside. All of them armed with bats. " Leave before I break every single bone in your God damn bodies," Chihiro said irritated and had a hand on her katana. The four men began laughing and one of them swung a bat towards her head. About 43 seconds and 19 broken bones later, Chihiro walked back inside the house. " They won't come back in a hurry," she laughed. The three family members stared dumbfounded at her - none of them had been able to make out what she had done but it was obvious that it was wise not to upset her... A few hours later (and one delicious dinner!), Chihiro had exchanged numbers with Chitoge and hurried back to the hotel. She was feeling better than she had all day but she still didn't feel perfectly well, still worried about Akinobu. However, she was able to sleep more peacefully than she had thought she'd been able to do... * NEXT DAY - ROOM 412 - AKINOBU'S HOSPITAL ROOM* " You scared us big guy... You okay?" Sachiyo muttered. " Screw you too with a cactus, dude," Akinobu laughed and turned to the others. " So um... Got a cool scar now?" Meiko asked, only to have Saya whack her and then scold her sister. Akinobu laughed gently and took off his robe, revealing all of his scars. " Which one do you wanna know about?" he laughed and pointed to the various scars. " ...I won't explain that one, however," he said and pointed to one formed as a cross. Mitsune and Chihiro both recognized it and remained silent as he pointed to it. " Frankly, I'm surprised how little people ask me about my most obvious," he laughed and pointed to the scar across his right eye. (...) Yoko asked the obvious question - how long he'd be in there. " Honestly? At least five days. I'm not even supposed to have visitors until tomorrow earliest. However, knowing YOU GUYS," he shot a look at Sachiyo, " there'd be no way in Hell you'd be able to stand a full other day without the manliest person you guys have ever met," he laughed. While the others didn't seem to think his joke was very funny, they all seemed relieved that he was feeling better. Sachiyo recommended - instantly having two agreements - that they should have some form of picnic for him. Akinobu shook his head bitterly, even though the others seemed overjoyed about the idea. " Even though I can walk freely, I'm on a very strict... Surveillance, put mildly," he said as a nurse with short black hair and brown eyes entered. " Oh Furukawa-san!" she said in a sickly cute voice. " Dude, if you're my best friend, GET HER OUT OF THIS ROOM, NOW," he said and turned to Sachiyo. Everyone looked confused at him but before anyone had the chance to react, the nurse was next to the bed with a large grin. " Open up, Furukawa-san! I brought you some apples!" she said cheerily. " Woman, I swear, if you give me ONE MORE APPLE, I WILL---" he began but got a piece of apple forced into his mouth. " Yes, yes, hush now. I'll take specially good care of you, you know!" she smiled. " SACHIYO, GET THIS WOMAN OUT OF HERE, NOW!" Akinobu said and tried to break free from the nurse, while the others looked dumbfounded at the scene playing out before their eyes. (...) After finally getting her out, Akinobu put his head against the pillow again. " ...Sad to say, I won't be able to join your picnic. Hell, I'm not allowed to head HOME for another four days. Quite a lot of bullshit, lemme tell ya," he sighed and shook his head. " ...By the way, where's Mika-sama?" he asked and looked around, not realizing she wasn't present until now. " ...Sachiyo, did you do something to Mika-sama?!" Akinobu turned to Sachiyo, not being aware himself he just spoke in English. (...) Not two minutes later, Mika and Kyosuke came into the room with Daichi following close behind. " Oh great. More reason for me to die!" he sighed. Mika ignored him and instead looked him straight in the eyes. " You're not immortal just because you're the Yamato," she said with a stern look on her face. " If I could trade away my Yamato self, I would have done so long ago!" he replied. " 'Tis a heavy burden to bear, is it not? I mean, after all, you carry..." she began but Akinobu held up a hand. " ENOUGH!" he shouted, causing everyone to look surprised at him. " I wish to speak no more of what it means to be the reincarnated Yamato! You'd be surprised how much I envy you guys!" he said with tears forming in his eyes and looked at all of them. " ...The reincarnated Yamato... Is a burden no person should have to bear. I carry memories of my past lives, memories I can't control. I sometimes see things my ancestors saw and most of the time, those things are... Terrible, to say the least. Any normal person would go insane from even attempting to carry this burden but I don't have a choice, do I?! I didn't ASK to be born into the Furukawa bloodline! I didn't ASK to be the reincarnated Yamato! All I want... Is to live a normal life..." he began crying as he turned towards his sheets again. " Just for one day... Just for a single day, I'd like to live a life without having to carry the burden of being the Yamato. If but for a single day, I'd like to see how it is... To be just another normal person," he sobbed. Mitsune and Chihiro sat silently and looked at him. It was unlike him to cry so they were all at a loss for words. He swung his legs over the side of his bed and stood up and looked at Sachiyo. " Now I see why the reincarnated Yamato always befriend the reincarnated Daichi... He always envies the freedom that Daichi has...." he said bitterly and stumbled towards the toilet. " We... Should probably leave him alone," Mika said and looked at the others. A heavy silence was hanging over them all, only broken by the sobbing coming from Akinobu. " If you guys have any questions... Please wait. I think... Asking them now would do more harm than good," she said and looked at Kyosuke, who nodded. (OoC: Pardon the intrusion is something you say in Japan when visiting someone. It's very uncommon for Japanese people to have blond hair, unless they dyed it or are foreigners. Tomoe makes a reference about her name to a manga of the same name. In it, a girl called Tomoe can die through... Literally ANYTHING and be reborn as a whole. Basically, she's Cell from Dragon Ball Z in human shape, just that if she's cut into 2 parts or more, ALL parts will become a new, completely alive Tomoe. It's among the shittiest manga I have ever read. And no. I'm not joking. At one point, SHE LITERALLY COMES BACK TO LIFE THROUGH THE GOD DAMN CARPET. Akinobu writes his last name as 古川, meaning Furukawa. Chihiro, however, prefers writing it as 古河 meaning Koga. In reality, however, she just keeps forgetting how to write Furukawa. Also, yes, I realize the hospital part is... Short. I'm sleepy and it's hot. Don't complain, alright? Finally, no, he has nothing against Sachiyo and the others. He's just extremely bitter and basically feels like crap right now.)
