Hah, but really.
This list contains all current (and possibly future!) healing/support skills. While not forced, it IS heavily recommended you take one in order to lessen the burden on your team.
Or you can just go full #manmodez and just choose all healing/support skills.
It's your choice in the end.

Does tier 3 have a lot of skils?
Yes. Yes it does.

Healing/Support skills:
Tier 1:
Dia - Heals a small amount of HP to 1 character.
Tarukaja - Increases attack on 1 party member for 3 turns.
Rakukaja - Increases defense on 1 party member for 3 turns.
Sukukaja - Increases hit/evasion rate on 1 party member for 3 turns.
Tarunda - Decreases attack on 1 enemy for 3 turns.
Sukunda - Decreases hit/evasion on 1 enemy for 3 turns.
Rakunda - Decreases defense on 1 enemy for 3 turns.
Tier 2:
Media - Heals a small amount of HP to all characters.
Diarama - Heals a medium amount of HP to 1 character.
Soul Recovery - Heals a medium amount of HP to all characters. 1 turn cooldown.
Breath of Life - Revives a party member with 25% HP.
Sacrifice - Knock yourself out to fully revive 1 party member.
Tier 3:
Mediarama - Heals a medium amount of HP to all characters.
Diarahan - Heals a large amount of HP to 1 character.
Matarukaja - Increases attack on the entire party for 3 turns.
Marakukaja - Increases defense on the entire party for 3 turns.
Masukukaja - Increases hit/evasion on the entire party for 3 turns.
Matarunda - Decreases attack of all enemies for 3 turns.
Marakunda - Decreases defense of all enemies for 3 turns.
Masukunda - Decreases hit/evasion of all enemies for 3 turns.
Spring of Life - Restore 25% HP each turn.
Delibiate - Inflicts all -unda spells on 1 enemy (sukunda, rakunda, tarunda).
Dekaja - Removes all status buffs on all enemies.
Power Charge - Increases damage of physical skills/attacks by 3 steps for 1 attack (e.g Small > Huge). This damage cannot go beyond Giant.
Mind Charge - Increases damage of magic attacks by 3 steps for 1 attack (e.g Small > Huge). This damage cannot go beyond Giant. Light/Dark skills gets 30% increased odds of OHKO (maxed out at 60%).
Tier 4:
Mediarahan - Heals a large amount of HP to the entire party.
Noble Sacrifice - Knock yourself out, fully reviving your entire team.
Heaven's Kiss - Revive a party member with full HP.
Heat Riser - Inflicts Tarukaja, Sukukaja and Rakukaja on 1 ally for 3 turns (can target self).
Kiss of Life - Revive the entire party to full HP, drop yourself to 1 HP.
Final Breath - All weaknesses/resistances are nullified (affects both allies and enemies) for 1 turn. All allies get all -kaja spells while all enemies get all -unda spells. Failing to defeat the enemy at the end of the turn results in an automatic KO.
Final Chance - All enemies are dropped to 1 HP, entire party is inflicted with Charm for 2 turns (cannot be blocked).
